i have tried to come in contact with them regarding license for 250, they don´t respond or just say that they will come back to me the next day. If this is how they are at sales, i don´t want to know how they are with customers. Super bad experience

The support team really dove into a recurring and longstanding problem and got it solved, checking back with me after the development team did their work. We were unable to use Solid Central updates on our WPEngine and Flywheel sites for several months; they solved the problem!

I've been looking for an external backup option for a while as my site has a large amount of storage and most options are way too pricey with the additional storage. SolidWP was in the perfect price range, however I had issues installing it - it wasn't compatible with a plugin among a few other minor issues. Kevin jumped in to help solve the problem and got it up and running. He went above and beyond to sort things out - genuinely the best customer service I've received for anything "tech-related."

I had a problem with the installation and Brant explained it to me that I probably hadn't uploaded all the files to the FTP and that I should do it better with the upload function for the plugins in WordPress and now everything is perfect.

First of all, I use Solid Security Pro on all of my client sites. i am an webagency. Before, I got hacked on 2 or 3 of my sites. After I use this wonderful plugin, I feel safe and don't need to worry about hackers getting into the site spreading virus. Team support is great. Kevin is great and solved my issues quickly. 5 star plugin

Great comprehensive Security Plugin that covers so much. Love the Pathstack virtual patching integration, as well as passkeys and session hijacking protection, which is something most security plugins don't offer. The support is also very good.
