Extra Charges After Quote

We arranged a taxi to take us to the airport through FindTransfers, as I've used them before. The best quote came from Solihull Executive cars for 5 passengers with luggage. The driver arrived promptly in a 9 seater, which we were expecting, and took us to the airport without issue. While away, I received an email asking for an extra £20.00 as they had extra costs in supplying us with this vehicle. As they had us over a barrel, we had no option but to pay the extra. FindTransfers, who are good, are looking into this for me just now. It's not the money I mind, but the cheek of asking for more after they quoted. Cheating the comparison site like this is unethical and dishonest. We shall not be using them again.
