Firstly, the product is great. I have the Solis Solo 2 and it does what it says on the tin. My skin looks great - my wife has used it for her lady pains, I use it for hair regrowth too - highly recommend.
The customer service was the best part. I had an issue with delivery and Mae in customer service could not have been more helpful and attentive. Above and beyond, a real credit to this company.

I purchased a Spectrum SOLO panel 2.0 from this company. I received an update that there would be a delay in delivery due to a delay in stock being delivered. They were then very proactive in getting the item shipped directly from the supplier country and it arrived really quickly. I was asked what I would be using the unit for and received a personalised - very clear and useful instructions on how to use it to tackle that problem. When I asked another question it would dealt with swiftly. And after that excellent service, the unit has greatly helped with helping me to get to sleep - really pleased with the quality of the item and customer service. Highly recommend.

I have found my red light panel so helpful for many different reasons. Initially I was looking for improvement in skin quality, and whilst I have had feedback that my skin is glowing a bit more, the real impact has been on how I feel. I notice that in myself I feel happier and more balanced, my sleep feels better, and I genuinely feel like I am doing something that is good for me inside and out. I tie it in with a morning meditation, no more than 10 minutes, and honestly I wouldn't want to live without it now. I love it!

I brought a large panel and was very excited to receive it. But after 5 months I don’t see any difference in my skin or hair, I have been using it 4/5 times a week also.

I really like the light panel and use it daily. I have a lower back issue and it helps ease the stiffness in the morning. Solis customer service is very good with only one exception. I took up the offer of the free consultation but was told that the founder was out of the country at the time. Have heard nothing since however overall customer service makes me feel that there is a genuine attempt to keep in touch with customers unlike some others who have no further contact once you have paid your money.
My question is that there is no data to say what are the long term effects of using what are quite powerful lights. I would be interested to know if there are. I follow some scientists who also express concern about the consequences of long term use of high powered red light on the body while acknowledging their positive effects. I will continue to use mine anyway. Thank you for your support. Have recommended you to others.

As red light therapy is something I've always wanted to try Solice have been great. Was a delay in delivery, but the communication was brilliant.
So ive set up the tower in my bedroom, the reason being im using red light for recovery. I'm a active older athlete, yoga, gym, and sauna protocols.
My experience so far is great, it helps with sleep, helping to fall to sleep quicker then usual. And as all athletes know, this is no 1 for helping the body rejuvenate. Have also notice a difference in my mood.

The team were excellent from start to finish, keeping me fully updated throughout the ordering and delivery process. I’m due to undergo heart surgery in the coming weeks, and they even went as far as creating a personalised red‑light recovery plan for me.

Their care, communication, and attention to detail have been outstanding, and I couldn’t be happier with both the product and the service.

To start with I had a few hiccups with the delivery which was delayed which made me a bit nervous but both Freddie and Josh were always available and sorted it out for me and I was grateful for that.
I’ve been using my panel for three months now and love it.
I think it’s definitely helped me with this gloomy weather that we’ve had in keeping my spirits up,I really miss the sunshine so much in the winter and I’ve also had a few nice comments regarding my skin.
For me it was a big purchase and I’ve no regrets,I believe Solis is a good company with great after sales service.

Great product and good customer service - managed an issue with delivery with good comms and gesture of good will

I bought the Solis panel on the recommendation of my acupuncturist for two torn cartilage in my knee & arthritic hands. After a lot of research I decided on Solis as it met all the safety standards & was clinically graded. I had a ton of questions all patiently answered by Mae prior to purchase. I received a custom made plan explaining exactly how to use the equipment, settings, areas, duration & frequency for my needs. Then a follow up call about 12 weeks after delivery from Freddie checking if I had any queries. Excellent customer service. So has it worked? Definite improvement in my hands, swelling & pain reduced, trigger finger virtually gone. Knee pain I think has lessened. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

My skin has greatly improved since using my Sollis lamp for several weeks now. My rosacea has all but gone and the dark age spots on my neck and chest are much reduced. I'm so pleased I sent my mask back as it did nothing at all, and purchased this instead!

I am over the moon with the results I have got from using my red light panel. I purchased this in November 2025 . I am using this for wrinkles. I just wished I knew about this light therapy years ago . The results are clear to see . The company is exceptional and help you . They care about their customers outstanding.

Promised replacement glasses 1 months ago and then ignored.

I love my Solis red light panel. The pain relief it gives me is incredible. 20 minutes (10 mins on my hip and 10 mins on my back) 4 or 5 times a week.
It has also made a difference to my sleep , I had a really disturbed sleep pattern and I am now getting a better quality of sleep, more deep sleep and feeling much more rested. I wish I had known about this sooner. :-)

I purchased a red light therapy lamp from Solis, and the customer support was truly outstanding. Communication was fast, clear, and genuinely helpful at every step. I have been using Solis for the last few months and I have seen a massive improvement in my psoriasis and sleep. The psoriasis has disappeared from my right elbow and all most gone from my left. The team have been extremely helpful with my endless questions about how best to use the device. Would recommend to anyone.

After spending weeks searching RLT online I purchased an RLT Panel from Solis.

I am now on my 5th week of using it and I am overjoyed at the results.

The constant pain I get in my knees & my hip has dropped considerably (I suffer with osteoarthritis) - meaning that my runs are more enjoyable - pre RLT I would feel an horrible joint inflammation pain during my runs and after even taking days to ease off.
I have a competition in a couple weeks so it will be interesting to see how my body responds/reacts. I’m keeping my fingers crossed.

My face is feeling smoother - the wrinkles are less pronounced but also i am not getting any ingrown hairs on my chin anymore - which means i do not have scars or blemishes in that area of my face.

My mood has improved significantly - I’m not a winter person and I always get very depressed that time of year due to the darkness - however I feel very happy now.

My sleep seems to have improved - I do wake up in the night but fall back asleep whereas before I would be awake for many hours and most times unable to get back to sleep.
I’ve gone from getting 4hrs sleep max to now sleeping an average of 7hrs.

Also I feel more confident, much more confident!!!

Did a lot of research into red light therapy before purchasing the Solis panel. This panel is so much more powerful than a mask and it’s easier to use, no faffing about, just switch on and relax - even my dog likes it!

I’ve been using my Solis red light panel for a while now, and I’m genuinely impressed with how much it’s improved my sleep and overall energy levels. I use it just before I go to bed and again first thing in the morning, it’s become part of my daily routine.
Since starting, I’ve noticed I fall asleep more easily, sleep more deeply, and wake up feeling refreshed and energized. It’s such a simple but powerful addition to my routine, and I can honestly say it’s made a noticeable difference to how I feel every day. Highly recommend!
