I’ve been using my Solis red light panel for a few weeks now, and I’m genuinely blown away by the quality and results.

The build feels premium and sturdy, the light intensity is perfectly balanced - I’ve noticed a real improvement in my recovery time after workouts, and my skin looks brighter and healthier, too.

The setup was simple, and the customer support team at Solis was incredibly helpful and responsive to my questions. You can tell they care about their products and their customers.

If you’re considering red light therapy, don’t hesitate, Solis is absolutely worth it. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Product purchased:
Spectrum SUPREME Panel 2.0, which is excellent. It’s only been in use for a few days though, so I can’t yet comment on the effectiveness of the RLT.

However, the SPARK 2.0 Handheld RLT Device which comes as part of the Spectrum Supreme package is faulty.
 Note that at the time of this review, there are NO specifications whatsoever showing on the website for this SPARK 2.0 Handheld Device, and it arrived without any information whatsoever in the box either. It looks pretty, but does nothing!

Delivery:
Solis did not make it clear on their website that these items were not in stock in the UK. They had to be shipped from China direct to the customer. It was several days before my order was even shipped, and took a total of 9 working days after ordering for the package to arrive at my door.

After Sales experience:
I emailed Solis immediately to let them know about the faulty SPARK 2.0 Handheld RLT Device. I also mentioned how upset I was at having to wait so long for my order to arrive.

As yet, SolisTherapy have not replied to my email at all.
No apology for the shipping delay.
No apology for the faulty SPARK 2.0 Handheld RLT Device, for which I would expect to be offered a replacement.
In short, I cannot recommend SolisTherapy.
I am not counting on this company to honour their 90 day trial offer, let alone the three year guarantee.

Purchased the Solis Supreme 2.0 after much research on the subject. Went with Solis Therapy because of quality of the products and price point. We have a smaller portable light panel from another well known manufacturer but decided on Solis Therapy as the light spectrum is much better. Purchased the simple stand with the panel, again good quality. Ordering and delivery faultless. They even told me of a shipping problem, which was rectified immediately by sending it air freight! (Freddie & Josh the Co owners of this small British supplier really give you the personal touch, nothing is too much trouble)How many companies would do this. As for the benefits of red light all I can say is it works. I'm very much into Triathlon and being 65 various niggles becoming more prevalent. The cost of regular physio or sports massage not really being an option. I really think it's helped in addressing a calf niggle which has all but disappeared. Having just returned from a Triathlon event in Peugara, Spain (3rd on the podium!) with no issues. But you must use consistently. We tend to use the panel before bed, very relaxing, or after a bike/run workout. In our opinion money well spent.

Bought the solis lamp after suffering from TSW, and doing my research opted for the Solis lamp due to its price, reviews, and availability,
Communication with Freddie and Josh was excellent, with them keeping me updated regarding delivery. After using for less than 3 weeks there was a noticeable difference in my skin and it continues to improve daily.
After a few weeks I was having trouble with the lead from the lamp to the socket and there was a new one sent out next day.
I’m now considering buying the serum that they have brought out.

This company have been brilliant from purchase to months later with ongoing support and replies to queries and questions. Even an issue with delivery was promptly and superbly dealt with, so I have to firstly mention this great customer service, as that is so often lacking these days. I have loved using this device as it is lovely and relaxing but also helps me take control of my chronic health issues and empowers me to help myself. I spent a lot of time researching for the best deviceI within my budget and I really think this was one of the best options technically and extra bonus for being a UK independent business ! I have long term pain and it can be really difficult to manage and keep mobile and I feel this device has been assisting me with this so I am looking forward to further improvements and my kitty is enjoying it too ! I also feel it has been very helpful in healing after a dental surgery. Thanks all at SOLIS.

From start to finish this company is amazing. They truly care about their customers satisfaction. Freddie one of the co owners is brilliant. He has time to speak over the phone and is 100% honest re: Red Light Therapy.

I love my Solis. It has become a regular in our self care. My husband is a great fan too. I have been feeling better in my self and with more energy. It has cleared up a nasty patch of psoriasis on my elbow. My skin is glowing and people are shocked when they find out I am 70! they think I'm in my early 50's.

I have been using the Solis full body machine for 3 weeks and it’s helped with circulation. I usually have large swelling in the summer months with the heat. I have noticed significant improvement over the last two weeks. I am looking forward to to seeing the results on my skin as the months go on. It’s been a very good service as kept me updated on delivery and advice on how to use the equipment. Would recommend to anyone suffering with swelling in lower legs and feet.

I purchased the Spectrum Supreme Panel Package on the 2nd of August, I am absolutely blown away by the results already. My skin tone has noticeably improved, and both my daughter and son—who are young athletes—have been using it for muscle recovery with great success. To my surprise, I’ve even noticed my leg veins fading, which is a wonderful bonus. This has honestly been the best piece of equipment I’ve purchased in my wellness journey.
Consistency is key and our results are based on using the panel everyday for 20 minutes. We have all made this part of our bedtime routine and we have found that it has improved our sleep and certainly uplifted our mood.

I’ve been using the Solis red light therapy every day since February this year – sometimes morning and evening – and honestly, it’s become part of my routine I really look forward to. In the mornings, it calms me down and helps set the tone for my day. I also struggle with SAD, so it gives me that extra boost of happiness and light I really need. My little ten minute holiday ☺️In the evenings, it has the complete opposite effect – it winds me down beautifully and sets me up for a perfect night’s sleep.
I could go on and on about all the benefits!

Alongside that, I started using the light-activating serum, and wow – my skin is glowing! My complexion looks so much brighter, and I’ve noticed my makeup applies and sits so much better too. I use the serum both morning and night, even when I don’t do a red light session, because I love how it makes my skin feel.

Together, the red light and serum have been such a game-changer for me – I honestly couldn’t imagine my routine without them now.

I cant recommend Solis enough and will continue to share the word to everyone I know.

I have been suffering from eczema for the last 3 years and have been in TSW for around 2.7 years. My skin was stagnant, no healing or progress for over a year. Just red, dry, cracked, flaking and oozing. I couldn't get out of bed because of the pain, couldn't shower, had to miss months out of university because I was bedbound.

I decided to give RLT a try. It was a big investment but it paid off. I bought a half panel several months ago and have been using it consistently and waited to give a review until now.

At the start I could immediately tell the panel was very strong which was a good thing, it did end up making my skin flake a lot temporarily for around a week but underneath came soft skin, the redness had reduced significantly, I had a lot more elasticity and instead of going through 500ml tubs of moisturiser per week I noticed my skin was self moisturising.

Several weeks later I could notice my skin had become a lot stronger. At one point I couldn't tolerate wind hitting my skin, now I can use cleansers and all sorts.

A month ago I was put on an immunosupressant (ciclosporin) so I quit the RLT because I was hesitant on combining them, I ended up trying it for around 3 days and my skin improved a lot more, the best in over 3 years. I still consistently use my panel.

My mum with arthritis also tried out the panel and felt immediate relief, the pain in her hands and shoulders had significantly reduced after one session a day for a week.

I have been plagued with eczema for around 25 years, and nothing helped to alleviate the itching or heal the eczema where I’d scratched.

The red light does!!

It’s hasn’t instantaneously cleared it all up - it is taking time - but it has stopped the constant itching which has made a huge difference to my quality of life!

I started with a smaller solo panel to try it - but found that whilst I could feel the benefits, it took a long time to do all parts of my body. So a month later I invested in the full panel.

In addition to my skin clearing up it has enhanced my overall feeling of wellbeing … including amazing sleep. My husband has also started using it and has noticed his varicose veins reducing in prominence.

For us the investment has been very much worth it and I would heartily recommend it!

In addition, the customer service at Solis has been second to none - with a real human working on the chat on a Sunday to answer all my questions!

I ordered a solis lamp for my mum who is fighting with cancer for the 4th time. When the device was received she was struggling with severe back pain and only in 2 days of using the red light lamp the pain subsided.
I also used it to improve the texture of my skin and in less than a week I could notice a peptone change.
The customer service is exceptional! Cannot recommend enough Solis!

This company is amazing both with its customer service and product. I honestly felt as though I was getting a one to one personal service. Their communication skills are first class. This provider hits it out of the park in so many ways. Professional, compassionate and very friendly. The clinic I went to is in the Waterside area of Fort Worth and it is beautiful. Clearly, this was well thought out and it shows.

I cannot speak highly enough about this company. The customer service is amazing. I have been moving around and the team went out of their way to make sure the Solis panel got to me before I had to move again. The panel itself is fantastic and very powerful unlike masks. I haven’t been sleeping well due to the continued moving and last night I had a full night sleep after only 2 uses of the lamp! I will write an update once I’ve used it for a while. Thank you so much. I highly recommend Solis.

I would go as far as to say this has been life changing for me.I find the whole experience so relaxing .Sleep quality is incredible.I used to wake up lethargic dreading the day ahead.Now wake up looking forward to what the day will bring .Skin feels soft and peachy.Anxiety levels are down and as a 50 year old women I feel very lucky to have found this to help me through this next stage of my life.I’ve wasted so much money and time over the years on ‘gimmicks’ but this isn’t one of them.Money well spent !

This company offers unrivalled customer service. Speedy, clear, detailed and friendly responses to queries - a ‘personal touch’. Mae and Freddie have been delightful - so helpful and supportive. The Spectrum Solo panel was delivered very quickly, as promised on their website. It is easy to use and store. Too early to tell of life-altering skin effects but I look forward to the continuation of my RLT ‘well-aging journey’ (36 years old now, need to think of these things, alas…).
