Poor communication

Poor communication when my order was late caused me to purchase a different pair of glassses for a trip. There should have been plenty of time with the 7-10 business days they said. Skeptical about buying anything else from them.

Bent temple

They took longer than expected to arrive, and one of the hinges was bent, causing the left temple to point downward. I had to take them to an optician to have them fixed because I didn’t want to wait through those long delivery times again.

Delayed shipping although it stated…

Delayed shipping although it stated that the sunglasses were in stock and would ship within 2-3days. It’s currently 2 weeks + and I have yet gotten my sunglasses.
My theory is-there is so much competition online and companies will sell you a dream to get a sale!!!!
