I bought a Shilajit on a whim about a year ago at the CEOCast event - and i’ve been using it consistently for about a year now along with Ashwagandha powder in the evenings. Great UK Shilajit brand. Energy is the real deal! tested in two labs too
Great, high quality shilajit. You can tell from the resin, how it dissolves and bitter taste that it's the real deal. The energy hit from quality shilajit is night and day, and this brand's is among the best I've used. Important to me also was they're one of very few companies who make their lab tests public too..And have multiple lab tests from different labs. This should be non-negotiable for every brand tbh as unpurified shilajit is known to contain heavy metals which are bad for you. Not to mention it proves that the supplement is the real deal and contains what it says on the tin. Recommend solvara highly and will use again
