I received my tickets from TicketEx without any issues. To be honest, I was initially a bit hesitant to use the website, but I decided to give it a try for Anne Frank House tickets.
The process mentioned that tickets would be delivered 7–10 days before the travel date, which made me a little anxious at first since I had no option but to wait. However, the vouchers arrived around 10 days before my visit, just as promised.
In the end, I was able to secure tickets for this sold-out attraction completely hassle-free.

1.⁠ The design of the checkout flow is not good that they still confirm and debit your money even they don't have ticket to confirm the booking
2.⁠ ⁠⁠then the refund progress amount is not honest, not the same as the ordering amount. Unlike other merchant, they didn't cancel your original order to stop the payment debit. But they choose to refund to you but the refund amount is not correct.
3.⁠ There was ⁠⁠really such a long long progress on the follow up, switching between what’s app and email, but I am still waiting for the refund variance.
