Great experience

I found it so easy to connect to the video call the audio and picture was great and the Psychologist was wonderful he was so easy to talk to and he really listened and didn’t judge at all and was very understanding and made me feel very comfortable and I felt so good after my appointment looking forward to my next appointment.

The psychologist just listened

The psychologist just listened , intervene briefly and gave a small amount of feedback. She made me thoroughly comfortable and I’m not someone who was positive about doing this . I was very apprehensive but I’ll book in again after session one

Steer clear if you value your mental health!

By FAR the worst, most irresponsible mental health service I have ever seen operate. Over 7 months now, I have had psychologists not show up with no communication, cancel appointments last minute, accept bookings then cancel them saying they're not taking new clients... of the approximately 37 appointed I have booked, TWO have gone ahead. The company itself wipes its hands of all responsibility for the actions of its psychologists, doesn't manage complaints, and sends useless template emails that resolve nothing. I have had more stress and anxiety trying to deal with this service than I was originally seeking support for. Awful and dangerous.

It took me a while to build up the courage to contact them but once I did it was a weight off my shoulders, they’re really easy to talk and don’t judge you and not knowing them or having to walk into an office, when you can be anywhere you likemakes it easier for you

Very experienced bulk billed psychologist

I’m really happy with my experience. The first session was good, my psychologist was very kind and mostly just listened to me babble on about all the chaos that’s going on in my life at present. I look forward to working with her. I’m so grateful that this is a bulk billing service, I’ve been without a psychologist for a long time and now I can get help, I’m feeling a huge sense of relief!

Issue with contact and payment arrangements.

I just don’t like when I try to contact on phone for enquire something examples to arrange or changes the appointment and with other concerns. Seems its difficult to reach.
Everything has to by email, its a bit difficult for me because English is my second language. My grammar isn’t that good.

I wish can have the direct service with Work Cover Insurance as well rather than the patient have to pay upfront and reimburse with the insurance.

I like the consultation with Dr. Kate Stewart

Thank you

Absolutely horrible experience

Absolutely horrible experience. I had to wait six weeks to get an appointment for a mental health plan. Then I made an appointment which I got pretty quickly but then Jeanine Leabeater. the psychologist kept cancelling with five minutes notice or 15 minutes notice which was really annoying because I still had to fill out the questionnaire the day before. I even recommended it to my daughter’s partner who also made an appointment and waited 40 minutes and no one turned up then they charged her for the appointment because she didn’t turn up and she had to deal with that to get the refund. Made me look really stupid and the psychologist didn’t help me anyway because every time I tried to bring up an issue she just steared me back to her plan which was not what I had asked for. Totally wasted my 20 free appointments for last year and was embarrassed by the experience my daughter in law hand after recommending this company. Did nothing to help my mental health problems only made them much more difficult. I would not recommend this company to anyone. AND it only took you 9 months to reply to this review now THAT says something 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤷‍♀️

Someone.health & Doctor Sarah have saved my mental health.

Someone.health made accessing a psychologist so much easier. I literally went to my doctor and said “I need a referral to someone.health, face to face isn’t working for me” and I’ll never look back.
