If I could give less stars I would! Please do not buy from here. Quality is not worth the price, its ill fitting, size chart is inaccurate and customer service is the worst part! Please don't waste your time when there are so many other brands worth it and this one isn't! Save yourself the headache. Also if you have boobs the suit likely wont fit! Literally they will not acknowledge anything you have an issue with.

I so love my bikini top! It fits well and is exactly what I ordered. Pretty flattering for my body and I love the colour!

I am thrilled with my swimsuits from Sommer! The cut is sexy yet functional and the quality is amazing. The styles are flattering and true to size!

I have bought 2 bikinis. One two years ago which is breaking at the seams after minimal wears (under 15) (which is too late to return) and one this year. The top was the Ella bralette, it did not stay on AT ALL. I have C-D boobs and I felt like it would only stay on if you had much bigger boobs. Like I’d lift my arms up slightly and the top would just slide right up to my neck. I returned it (paying for shipping both ways) and then they tried to give me store credit saying they couldn’t refund it. It’s literally UNWEARABLE and not fit for purpose so I quoted the ACCC and eventually was given a refund as an ‘exception’. They tried to say the issue with the top “might be a personal preference on body shape and is one of our most popular styles” as if that negated the video I sent them where I literally couldn’t move without my entire boob coming out. This was after they originally ignored my feedback and just sent their generic return form.
Anyway, if that was the end it’d be great! When I returned it they said it was ‘stained’ and sent it back to me saying they couldn’t accept the return. I was looking at the top in front of me and there was literally NOTHING on it, they send me a photo as ‘proof’ and it was a light reflection. Once again I had to send them photos showing the same spot in different lights, really argue to get my refund and then re-post again.
Such a painful experience. The quality is not worth the price tag, the design is not for real bodies and proportions and the customer service validated my decision to boycott this brand going forward.
For the record my ‘body shape’ is a size 8-10, C-D boobs, quite average body.

Edit: Funny how their response is still invalidating the poor experience. Not to mention the breaking swimwear is past its return date so that was not resolved, hygiene issues weren't the cause since there was no stain on the top whatsoever, and I had to literally argue back and forth for ages to get my refund which was originally rejected.
Let that be an indication of what service will be like if you have issues!

Sommer swim is my go to, well worth the price! All customer support has been extremely quick with returns and super helpful. Get on board ladies A++!

Every time I wear Sommer swim I get complimented. Their fabric is such good quality and the fits are perfect. I also experienced great customer service, Sarah was super helpful, very kind and quick.

Absolute favourite swimwear brand. Have shopped from sommerswim for over 5 years and all my cozzies are still in amazing condition! They are by far the most flattering ones I own and the customer service team has been beyond helpful with any questions I've had over the years and can tell they actually care. Honestly couldn't recommend sommer enough.

I purchased my first Sommer Swim bikinis 5 years ago and now they are all I ever wear. The prints & colours are always epic, the styles are cut to flatter every shape, the fabric feels super soft & luxurious & I have always found the customer service to be on point. Every time I wear a piece Sommer someone asks where it’s from, so thanks for beach cred!

The policy is really disgusting. No refunds. Only exchange or credit but you have to pay the shipping fees to send it and more shipping fees to get the new size. It’s a waist of money. Plus the bikini are made for sizes 00. Im a size medium usually and the medium top was too small and the bottom was too small too and i took large… doesn’t fit well.

DO NOT BUY . I really wish I never purchased from this company. They offer store credit only. The quality is not worth it and you're forced to buy some thing because they do not refund your money. In the process of trying on several suits it's been legitimately. Almost 5 months of going back-and-forth with. I have store credit and I really don't even want it . This was a horrible experience. Do not buy it's not worth it. THEN they told me they're not refunding one of the bottoms, even though I tried on with all the hygienic precautions . Claiming I wore then. Really really terrible experience overall. My recommendation shop on REVOLVE. They return your money. Fast too

Great customer service. I bought a bikini top and bottoms, had to return the top as it wasn't a good fit, quick and easy return, they were super helpful. Definitely will shop again with Sommer Swim.

Such lovely customer service. I reached out with questions before buying. Sarah was so helpful. Quick to reply and very kind. Suits are also fab in person, luxe fabric and gorgeous accents. Size up if you prefer more coverage.

Doesn't offer refunds at all, only store credit. I ordered two more sets as the first one I ordered didn't fit and I didn't like. Figured I would just be refunded... incorrect. Store credit only.... pretty shocking. Don't buy unless you're definite on them.

I love every bikini from this brand... the material is awesome, the colours - magnificent. The bikini fits great. Thankful for this pieces.

The bikinis are great! Not so easy to pick the right size (they fit a little bit small), but I found the customer service really great and helpful with that! I usually go with XS sizes, but eventually found myself comfortable with an S Gigi bottom and XS Soraya top. The material and colors are great.

The customer service provided by the Sommer swim team is outstanding!! I only purchase Sommer swim bikinis as my swimwear choice as the quality is amazing, every bikini I’ve ever purchased has lasted and I always get so many compliments when I wear them. ❤️

They replied to email to customer service once and didn't solve my problem with shipment that DHL itself said was stuck and delayed. When I told them they were not helpful and if they could try to help for real, they didn't reply. Stay away.

Also when you read their reactions to similar experiences,it's obvious they do not even care or take responsibility,and try to put everything on the customer.

What a terrible,terrible company.

This is the second time buying a bikini but again the tops are just worthless. I bought different models and different sizing. They are so uncomfortable and not flattering. My bust look so small and flat in them. Also when you move just a little bit the top is nowhere near my breast. The colors are beautiful and there is not much wrong with the sizing of the bottoms but overall isn’t worth the money. The sizing for the tops is really not in proportion and you can’t even swim without ending naked. I’m 1.66 weighting 47 kg and I am tiny built but size xs and s are an deception except for the bottoms. (please sommerswim change your sizing advice and designs especially when you’re offering low service.

Though the bikinis are lovely, any money spent here is at risk. You can't return items for a refund, you can exchange only for credit note, and there is where my problems began. When trying to exchange a top for a credit note so I could buy a larger size, I encountered multiple issues including being told that an item was found to be stained on return and so was no longer eligible for credit. (I had checked the item thoroughly before sending due to the poor customer experience I had experienced prior to that point, and it was not stained. A cynic would note that the item was received just after their Cyber Weekend sale where the existing range was sold down ahead of the new launch, so would have been hard to resell.)

Two months after my original order, I still don't have a bikini, but have wasted a huge amount of time & money visiting the post office to post items back (four times!), writing emails, and of course not to mention the money I spent. Be very careful if choosing to spend your money with this business. Unfortunately while their products are lovely, there's no way I'll be wasting my money and time on them in the future.
