Didn't know that in 2023 there are still companies that don't allow you to return orders. I bought a bikini set, looks very pretty but the top in Medium runs too small, plus it offers ZERO support for my breast, the material is slippery and keeps sliding around and lifts as you move, it's crazy, never had a similar issue with a swimsuit. I wanted to return it, and SURPRISE! No returns for items at a discount of more than 15%.
Be aware that, in addition, even with the full price items they don't do refunds, only store credit.

UPDATE: Eventually the company has "exceptionally" allowed the return for a store credit, no refunds, which was ok for me because I wanted to exchange the item from the start. I had one more surprise in the end when the DHL courier has left my package in a local Pet Food Store.......instead of delivering it to me. It took me 4 days to find out where my package was, and I was able to find it only because the owner of the store has put his store's name while signing the delivery receipt. This last part is not Sommer's fault, but still crazy shopping experience for me with this order.

I have been an avid fan of Sommer Swim for quite some time now, and I can't help but express my admiration for this incredible swimwear brand. Their bikinis have left me awestruck, not only for their trendy designs but also for their unbeatable quality. In fact, I've accumulated a collection of eight Sommer Swim bikinis, and I can confidently say that I'll be ordering more in the future.
Moreover, I'd like to highlight the exceptional customer service that Sommer Swim provides. They've consistently gone above and beyond to ensure my shopping experience is smooth and enjoyable. Their responsive and helpful customer support team is always ready to address any queries or concerns promptly. It's rare to find such dedicated customer service, and it adds another layer of trust and satisfaction to the overall shopping experience.
Let me share a valuable tip for those with a broader or more muscular torso, combined with a smaller bust size. It's common for individuals in this category to wonder about sizing. Based on my personal experience, I recommend opting for a size M instead of S since it looks a lot more flattering.
I encourage everyone who values both style and quality in their swimwear to dive into the world of Sommer Swim – you won't be disappointed!

Apart from the bikini fitting absolutely perfect (the material & quality is very luxurious), the customer service is beyond great! Only one thing, don't buy your regular size but run through the "find my fit".

Worse online brand I had to deal with. Their lack on stock and they force you to keep their unworn pieces.

I purchased one of their signature sets and the measurements in the website didn’t matched when the top arrived. I got a voucher “because they don’t do refunds” and I was happy with that at the time, and I kept the bottom in the same conditions of arrival (package, sealed, with tags, etc, as I was expecting to be able to size down. I never even tried on without underwear as I don’t trust new pieces on my body unless I have washed them before hand. Unfortunately the piece is always sold out in their website and After waiting for more than 3 weeks for the item to be available I decided to reach out to customer service, and they confirmed that due they didn’t have the stock I was gonna be able to return the bottom and get the money back. I even sent them the photos of the bottom that it was in the exactly same conditions as I received it. After a week they returned an email and sent me a photo of a bottom with out seals and said there is a “spot” in it and I won’t be able to get a refund. After even paying twice for the return of each piece. Waste of many and time. I hope I never have to deal with them ever again. It’s just a terrible “social media” brand.

This is the ONLY swimwear brand I will buy!! I have been purchasing for years.
The most luxury, unique, quality swimwear. The colours and the prints are always incredible. Each time I contact customer service they are always super helpful and fast to reply. Every single bikini from sommer swim is absolutely gorgeous! I would recommend to anyone!

I have been a loyal customer of this brand for the last 4 years. The last two orders I placed had delivery issues, which was NOT the fault of Sommer Swim. The customer service I received in remedying the issue, even though they did not cause it, not once, but twice, was incredible and so appreciated. I highly recommend this brand both for its high quality and unique designs, but also for the tireless work of the support staff.

The last email I received was simply this "I can't explain in any more detail - your order is Not Currently Refundable." LOL, of course it's not when you want to keep the money that I have asked to be returned to me repeatedly. Also, the sizing runs extremely small so don't buy from them, there is no peace of mind knowing you can get a refund if the items aren't right for you.

Brilliant customer service. My issue was resolved under 24 hours.

We experienced a mishap with a lost parcel returned to the store, which had nothing at all to do with Sommer Swim, it was a mailing issue, but I emailed Sarah who was only too happy to help out, I can't thank Sarah and Sommer Swim enough for resolving our issue, Sarah was fast and efficient in replying to emails straight away and taking the stress out of it all. We couldn't recommend Sommer Swim highly enough; their product and customer service are amazing. You will not be disappointed only elated.

Terrible customer service. Threatened me when they failed to deliver what I purchased. Absolute disgrace of a "business". More of a ratchet ghetto operation.

2. The package was nowhere to be found.
3. LOL I didn’t realize 200 dollars was “a large transaction”. That’s pocket change, and I’d have no reason to file a false dispute over 200 dollars. I make twice that an hour. 😂

Unfortunately I have to agree with the sentiment of many here. You had better hope you get the right size because their returns policy and customer service are very disappointing.

I ordered almost $700 worth of bathing suits and then returned to get the correct sizes. They never gave me my money back or the bathing suits. I emailed countless times and after 14 business days without the product or money they stopped responding. I’m in the middle of disputing it with my bank. Also, The bathing suit quality does not match the price. The only reason I wanted them was because of the unique look of the fabric but after the horrible customer service and THEFT I’d prefer to take my money somewhere else.

Sarah in customer service was great; very helpful, eased my stress of a quick return pre Europe and her communication was phenomenally prompt. The bikini’s themselves are beautiful! Luxurious fabric, they fit like a glove and the colours are stunning. Quick delivery; will definitely be purchasing again! Hannah x

I have been purchasing swimwear from Sommer Swim for years. The quality, colours and fabrics of the bikinis are incredible and they fit perfectly. Wouldn't recommend any other swimwear!
Also shoutout to Sarah the Customer Service Manager, she made exchanging an item such an easy process

The most insane return policy. You have to pay to ship back, it’s only store credit, and once they receive is they take 7-10 days to issue store credit. Absolutely terrible and rude customer service. I will never order from them again.
