I’ve never done therapy online before…
I’ve never done therapy online before so this is a new experience for me. It’s not as odd as I thought. It’s actually like a a FaceTime call with my best friend. She’s a great listener and has definitely made things better for me because I don’t really have anyone to talk to.

Ineffective communication causing increased stress & anxiety
Ineffective and nonexistent communication with billing questions via call or email.
It’s as if this company doesn’t exist to communicate with a client / patient. It’s been so stressful in attempting to communicate with them. Sondermind doesn’t return my voicemails , there is no representative who answers calls, and I haven’t received a response to any of my emails. The irony is, they provide mental health care. I’ve been so stressed over the concern they could send me to collections and I don’t want my credit report hurt. I finally had to self pay because my balance is past due. Yet, they aren’t billing my insurance provider. This is unethical practice and I don’t feel Sondermind has concern for patients and their wellbeing. I recommend connecting with anyone else other than Sondermind, especially if there is a more affordable option for mental health services.
