Disastrous customer support, poor quality

Disastrous customer support! I ordered leather riding boots that were delivered poorly packaged. The inside boot box was inside an enormous other box, which opened during transport and the boots were lying folded on top of each other unprotected and scuffed. I took pictures and immediately contacted the company via email and sent the photos. There is no phone number to contact. I have sent sever emails and DMs via IG - no response. On a side not, the boots were definitely not worth the price. Please do no order from this company. There are WAY more high quality, reliable French brands.
