First and foremost, their clothing looks great. I'm 5'8 but fit and so it can be hard to find clothes that fit my shoulder but also aren't too long. That's no longer a problem with Son of a Tailor. On top of that the quality of the clothing is something you can feel and see.

But the thing that blew me away was their customer service. Absolutely top notch and their remake team made it so easy to make sure that the clothes I got fit exactly how I wanted. Can't say enough good things about my experience with Son of a Tailor.

Have been buying from them for the past 4-5 years. Have been very happy with what I have purchased and can say the quality is good. Additionally, they have a really good customer support, which offered me easy and quick remakes on 2 items where the dimensions were a bit off.

I recently bought a few shirts via their store in Copenhagen. Couple of weeks later I got it by post. Two of them did fit perfectly but the third one didn´t. Reaching out to their customer support and got a immediate reply, taking action with quidance to measure everything again and then making the shirt again and sent to me without any cost, fitting 100% This is a super service, professional and really customer attending. I strongly recommend Son of Tailor and will for sure continue to buy from them. Keep up the good work!

I have bought multiple items from them and the quality of the clothes are super high. Comparable to the high end brands. I have been using a cotton T-shirt from them for 4 years and it is still in pretty good condition

Great timeless products! Been ordering many items over the years. Had a quality issue with 2 wool sweaters recently but customer service is great and definitely made up for it. Sometimes a bit of trial and error to get your true perfect size but once you have it, it's amazing.

Great experience with Son of a Tailor! My first set of shirts was a little long, but their support team was excellent. They gave me professional advice on the sizing and handled my remake quickly. I received the updated shirts within 3 weeks and they fit perfectly now. The fabric is high-quality, soft, and looks premium. Highly recommend if you're looking for a custom fit!

After reading some mixed reviews, I wasn’t sure whether to order from Son of a Tailor. But my expectations were completely exceeded. My t-shirt arrived even faster than the estimated delivery time, despite the holiday season. The quality of the products is excellent, and my measurements were perfectly translated into the fit. There is a tiny difference between the dimensions of one t-shirt and another, around 0.5 to 1 cm, but that is well within the standard 1.5 cm margin, and it is really not noticeable or bothersome.

What I love most is that you can enter every single measurement down to the centimeter. That makes a huge difference for me as someone shorter than average. Absolutely 10 out of 10.

I purchased a few dark navy basic shirts a while ago. In the beginning i was a bit nervous because i have never had a shirt tailored for me before especially not via the Internet.
But in the end the shirts were just perfect. I purchased some in 2023 and im still wearing some of them and they are still looking good! (I wear them often in the gym, so they get also washed a lot)
And they still fit tight. Incredible.
The communication with the Customer Service was also super fast and very kind. I will order some new ones :)

Son is a store I keep coming back to. The fabrics and color are fantastic and the custom fit really makes the difference.
It’s not cheap, but you get what you pay for. They go above and beyond to make sure I’m %100 satisfied. I don’t buy a lot of clothes, but when I do, I want them to last looking great for years. I still have Son T shirts that are 5 years old and are my favorite shirts to wear.

Had a bit of an issue with the recent cashmere hoodie purchase but Frederik and Simon in customer service are genuine and helpful and sorted the issue with a really fair solution, so have a lot of confidence now in continuing to order from son of a tailor. Great service

EDIT - After posting this, I was contacted immediately by the customer support. They handled the situation very professionally, and I got my shipment within days - the fit is perfect and I am happy with the purchase.

Really poor experience - would not recommend.

Placed an order 2 weeks ago for 5 t-shirts. With some delay, a test t-shirt arrived - with no QR code for following up on the measurements.

Sent 2 support requests over 5 days - no reaction whatsoever. Current status of my order - unclear, when it's going to be shipped, or whether anyone has even seen my messages at all - also unclear. Worst of all, can't even cancel the order.

Very happy with the quality of the material but unhappy with the fit. But it took so long to make it that I couldn't be bothered to send it back to Portugal and take the risk of ordering another one. I will use is as a very expensive underlayer.

UPDATE: I was offered a free replacement and while ordering we discovered that the original tee was the wrong size (37 vs 41cm). That explain the poor fit! Excellent customer service.

Great fabrics, great fit and great customer care. I have ordered about 10 items from the over the last 4-5 years. Only once the fit wasn’t great and they replaced it immediately.

The only issue is they don’t make trousers 😅

From the initial order on their website to the first fit, to tweaking the fit and the final order arriving, I cannot fault this company at all. Everybody I have dealt with has been exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. My custom made tees are spot on and feel incredible.
Will be ordering some jumpers soon.

the website is functional but often the colour selection button is not the same as the colour of the clothing... The clothing is in my opinion expensive.
