Terrible, awful!!!!
I would give this site absolutely no stars but i can’t. I placed an order over a month ago, finally got it today, and it’s not even what i originally ordered. The material is cheap and it’s not like it’s shown on the site. It doesn’t come with any instructions, packing slip or nothing! Their customer service is terrible. I literally tried to cancel my order like an hour after i even made the purchase and i got an email 3 days later saying the package already shipped and they couldn’t cancel it, which was a complete lie! If you try to go to the site it doesn’t exist anymore and now they have a new site up called soocools.com. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!! Save yourself a headache and your money.

I wish I could give Zero Stars
I wish I could give Zero Stars. I ordered an item (simple digital thermometer) back in Early April expecting a long delay considering Covid-19. I never once got an update about my order...then 6 weeks later, a smashed packaged arrived in my mailbox. The item was wrong and go figure...it doesn't function properly.
Now that it's June, I suddenly get an update email saying that my order is on it's way. Welp - FALSE. I clicked on the tracking information and it's dated back in April...as Item Returned! What on earth? Very disappointed.
