Only given 1 star as can’t give none. Scam- same as others, I ordered and was told Brexit was the delay, well 18 months on I am still out of pocket.

Complete scam. Never received what I paid for and when I emailed they were useless (when they decided to reply). Obviously cut and paste responses. Do not buy from this company!

Ordered a present for Xmas 2020 and never received goods. Website does not work, they no longer reply to any emails and their phones have been disconnected. Absolute scam.

Cited Brexit as reason for long delay on delivery. 10 months, nothing delivered, no response to emails and £30 out of pocket.

Ordered in December. Initially replied saying Covid was the cause of long waits. Now not replying, total scam. Never received anything and spent £50.

Paid for things about a month before last Christmas (review written in 2021) never recieved my items and have never been refunded. Sorry to see others have had the same experience.

Thieves. It is theft to take money for a product and never deliver it. I want a refund. No response from soo fluffy at all.

Like everyone else here- oridered two pairs of joggers early December - still have not arrived - Yes I saw the advery on Facebook - did not even occur to me that you coudl pay money and NEVER get the items. I have never had this happen before - they responded to start with blamcing COVID an sayin they are in Canada hence the delays - third time I contacted tehm I got no response at all and have not bothered to chase for several months now - guess I shoudl have gone to my bank for a refund - but I am the optimistic type and just assumed they would arrive eventually !

I have been frustrated for months over this company. Ordered two pairs of jeans in December and print £60 of my money which I will obviously never get back. Sent emails in relation to when I will get my package and have been told that it would be another two weeks every time I’ve emailed. I then recently tried emailing and it stated that my email was unable to be sent. Very annoyed at this and wish there was some way of getting my money back or getting more for being ripped off!!

Terrible. Do not waste your money. My items never arrived and they kept saying they would. Now it’s too late to reclaim cash back from raiding a case via PayPal.

Why are this company still allowed to advertise on Instagram, Facebook etc...? it's pretty clear they are ripoff merchants as the hundreds of reviews on here testify. Yet they are still trading bold and brass on these platforms. I have reported them to Instagram many, many times but they do not remove them or stop them ripping off more unsuspecting people! Instagram and Facebook DO BETTER, you are complicit in this fraud!!!!!!!!!!!

Beware SCAM - Just like many of the other reviews on here ordered late 2020, here we are 7 months later with no item.

Ordered 31st January 2021 a pair of yellow joggers. Still waiting on 6th June 2021. All emails ignored but you have my money. WHY! Will you show me the curiosity of refunding MY money and acknowledge this review ?

Sadly scammed via FB advert. £56.99 Christmas present for my wife and never delivered, followed up with their support team, promised it was arrived, never did - was unfortunately too late to dispute with Credit Card. Lesson learned about trusting that Facebook has actually vetted the legitimacy of adverts they allow on their platform

If I could leave no stars I would. Ordered a number of goods adding up to a considerable amount in november 2020. They were supposed to be christmas presents. I still have not received anything despite contacting them.
