Weekend Pass did not work, no customer service

They offer a “Weekend Pass” if you don’t want to go for a whole subscription. I thought I would give that a try. Purchase was successful and my credit card was charged, but I was not able to access the content!! Not in the website, not in the iPhone app, not in the Chromecast app. Contacted customer support twice so far for a refund and haven’t heard anything. It’s a shame because the bigger streaming services usually only offer blockbusters from the last few years. I would not recommend!
