i purchased the soothing pillow. The quality is not what i expected for the price--this product could not have cost more the $3 to produce. However, despite the website indicating that returns will be accepted before 30 days, they want you pay to return it to China! so effectively, you can keep the pillow or pay $45 to return via USPS, which is effectively like playing the lotto on the changes it actually makes it back to China!

I just want to thank you!!! Our 🥰sweet🥰 Lazzy rescue loves his bed, it helps him sleep and with his “terrors dreams”. Our boy had been through so much when we rescued him...shotgun in the mug, starved and abused. TBI, one eye, kinda deaf, really messed up snoze/teeth. We have had him nearly a year and he just had his 4th surgery (ct to find out where the shrapnel was, some teeth removed, gum repair and 2 surgeries to close his snoze and clear up the bacteria). My husband bought this bed in February and our pittie-ful money pittie loves it sooooo much. (Also our smallest boy 11pds cuddles with him in it) We have a pack of rescues called the Mongrel Mutt Mafia Four but our butterball Lazzy and tiny G.O.A.T Ocoee adore this bed! Thanks again for what you all do to help all the Doggos everywhere!🥰🥰🥰 Wish I could put pictures/video in here but I don’t know how🤦‍♀️ Again thanks sooo much!!

We have an XXL, it’s super fluffy, have washed it twice (outer covering...we take out the inside stuff). It is awesome!🥰👍🥰👍🥰👍🥰👍

Ordered bed almost a month ago and have heard nothing from them. I've messaged them 4 times and no response. Will never deal with this company ever again!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered 2 beds...thought the xxl was to big so I subsequently ordered the xl. Well...it was too small. Soothing bed gave me a full refund immediately. I will definitely order from them again. The product is fabulous and my dogs love the beds.

I really like this company they were very good to work with. More importantly- My Dogs love their beds. They are quick & efficient Send texts & updates as to tracking & shipping. Their beds last a very long time. which for my (chewer dogs) is wonderful. thank you again for your product..

This company is great. They sent me the wrong color and immediately rectified. My dog loves this darn bed so much too. It is really a great purchase.

I wouldn’t even give it a star! Customer service - don’t ever respond!!! The bed is cheap and tacky - completely ripped off wouldn’t even dream from ordering again! I wouldn’t even give them a star! Looses its shape within days- flat snd cheap tacky fur with lumps everywhere!! Not worth £70 at all!

Got 2 of these beds, Jan2020 small & XL were great at first now the XL has developed hard lumps & the stuffing has gone really thin, it’s been washed once & now gone a lot worse I’m really disappointed as they weren’t cheap. I’ve complained twice & still heard nothing. Please don’t buy from here

I have just received my order , definitely not happy . Looks super cheap and was over £40 ! Not enough padding , no receipt , no washing instructions. How could I have been so stupid to buy this ????

I have no idea where these positive reviews came from but I would NOT recommend buying from them! I received an XXL bed per their recommended size and it must have the same amount of filling as the small size because it was as flat as a pancake! There were clumps of stuffing in some areas and nothing in others, I could feel the ground through the bed. My dog liked the fabric feel but it was also clearly very cheap. Took almost 2 weeks to arrive from china which is also super convenient for their 2 week return window. When I reached out about the terrible quality, I got no response and then 2 days later the whole bed ripped at the seam and I had to throw it away anyway. Still haven't heard back. Save your money and buy a different brand

These beds are really poor quality! They look fluffy but the padding is not nearly thick enough in reality. There are no washing instructions but you can feel the very limited material inside moving about so much that it results in gaps with no padding at all. I do not believe they will do well in the washing machine and don't understand why anyone would make a a hand-wash only dog bed with no removable covers as they need to be washed so many times. I spent about £100 for two XL beds. Now will need to spend more on returning them from the UK to China! I would never had ordered them if I knew they were coming all the way from China.

I first saw the Soothingbed at a friend's. She had just bought three beds for her dogs and was happy with them. I got one for my cat. She's old and for the prior two years had gotten into the habit of meowing through the night... it took a while for her to adopt the bed but she now loves it and spends a lot of her time curled up in it. More importantly the meowing stopped and I can sleep again! Highly recommend it and delivery to Singapore was smooth.

This bed is fair; my dog will curl up in it but it's really too small for a 30 lb beagle. She doesn't stay in it for long as I think she gets too warm. It does NOT wash well, either. It took forever to receive and then it came straight from China. If I had known that, there would have been NO WAY I would have purchased it!

I wish they made these for us humans as well! It's pure jealousy you feel when you see your dog laying on this bed, so be prepared :).

Great delivery service to New Zealand and my dogs absolutely love these beds, 4 months after buying these they still look new and wash up great, I would highly recommend Soothingbed.

Is this a legitimate company? I never received my beds. I'm now wondering if this is even a real company?

Remington and Luna are enjoying this new bed. It a good size for my medium-large dogs who take turns sleeping on it. Very soft and fluffy.

When ordering this product (XXL) it never came. I had to email multiple times before they resent my bed. When it came the cover was big enough for a teacup yorkie. The bed is soft. I was happy with the product until I had to wash it (site says its washable) it is not. Opened up the washer and fluff from inside the bed was everywhere.

My baby golden adopted it right away! Very fluffly!
