The bed was originally shipped and then never came... the site sent me to some weird bootleg site to track my shipment which didn’t work at all...

After numerous attempts to reach out some finally responded to me only via Facebook. Don’t try emailing them or calling as it wasn’t working...

Once the rep got back to me they shipped another bed out ASAP (which was nice, just way too late).

With all that said my dog does love the bed but he had one bone on it and ripped the material wide open so now all we have is random piles of cheap pillow stuffing all over my house. My dog doesn’t chew his beds but due to his bone on his bed it shredded in seconds... now we are constantly chasing the bed stuffing all over to avoid our 10month old son from swallowing it. The other bed that was “shipped”, still never came.

I wish the company the best of luck and hopefully they can work through these issues. It’s unfortunate that this bed is going to be thrown away shortly as the money we spent was really a waste.

Shipping took over two months. And required me to follow up with customer service frequently.

Quality of bed was not as expected, it was rather flat, thought it would have more fluff to it as it appears in the ads.

Return shipping was costly and a nightmare, easier to keep it and put it inside another dog bed as another layer.

My dog is not a dog bed dog, he likes the sofa or my bed. But he does really like this bed and will take a bone and go lie down in it. My cats also really like it. Good purchase for me.

The Soothing Bed is a great product. My Yorkie loves it. She feels safe and comfortable. The bed is a good quality product. It does not shed and easy to wash and dry. I would recommend this amazing product😄👍🏻

The bed is huge. My dog loves it and sleeps on it every night.

Not impressed. The beds are not true to size. I ordered 2 large beds for my dogs and they were no way near big enough for my dogs. They barely had enough stuffing in them to be even remotely comfortable for my dogs. When I emailed customer service, they were of little help. Not worth the money!

Incredible bed for my dog. She loves it.

I ordered the White Soothing bed because my dog is a bit fidgety. It took him awhile to even lay in it but when he did he was hooked. I have a few different beds around our apartment and this is by far the one I always find him in.
Its kind of funny because my small white dog, curls so deeply into his white Soothing Bed it’s sometimes hard to find him.
We’re all delighted with his bed.🐾❤️🐾

Bought the first one for our dogs to share. They loved them so much, we immediately bought another. Dogs are sleeping through the night, and not jumping on the bed!

Our chihuahua mix is a bundle of nerves who can never quite get comfy. We've tried many beds (and a thundercoat during particularly trying times) over the last decade that haven't even come close to the Soothing Bed. She took to it immediately and it's now her favorite spot in the house! If only she could wear it like a coat on walks.

Our dog is our baby and she loves this bed more than anything! Also, so does our human baby.

I have 8 dogs and they all love the beds. The only thing is change is making the padding a little thicker, especially on the bigger beds. Other than that I’m satisfied.

The bed barely has any stuffing in it, so when my dog lays in the bed it’s basically like she is laying on the floor. I thought that the best would be a lot more comfortable and would have way more stuffing than it did. My dog still seems to enjoy it, so I guess it’s not a huge deal, but I definitely would have liked the bed to have more actual bedding in it... it also took over two months to be delivered to my house.

Very nice bed, my dog loves and uses it. He has previously not used other beds. I have yet to wash and dry it though.

Our chocolate lab puts himself to bed now! And....the cat now shares it with him. Great purchase!

My dog loves this bed! She's a Yorkie/Maltese mix weighing about 15lbs. We got her the medium size bed. Would definitely buy again!

Both of our senior dogs vie for this bed (1 of 6 throughout our house). It’s in our bedroom & they switch who gets it nightly. We ordered the XL and it accommodates our 46lb pittie/whippet & our 64lb Black Lab. The sides of the bed allow our pittie to keep her nose tucked in & warm—an essential requirement for her/nose covered.

the first bed i had sent to my 3 year old grand-dog - my daughter said i don't know what you did to my dog but he wont leave the new bed its been 2 days! i sent another bed to another 3 year old grand-dog he destroyed it first day. I ordered 2 largest size for my large dogs they wont sleep in them because there is not the same amount of padding and structure as the medium size dog beds - they don't hold the shape well and the center is basically like sleeping on the hard floor so not happy with the 3 out of 4 I purchased .

Best bed ever! My 15 1/2 year old Doxie just sinks into it and relaxes. Sometimes we have to go over and wake her up since she’s so soundly asleep. Washed great and holds the shape well!
