Do not order from here
Do not order from here. I placed an order and it took 10 days for them to get it together and create a shipping label. I emailed and asked customer service to cancel my order and they would not. Now I am waiting to receive the item just to return it and I have to pay return shipping. This was a non personalized item.

Absolutely atrocious company
Absolutely atrocious company. I ordered my items on 11/28 - Christmas items. I tried contacting them many times - they replied only in the last two days. I explained I didn’t want my order as I was leaving the original shipping address to celebrate Christmas elsewhere ( had planned to take the plates etc with me as my contribution to the celebration). They assured me they’d update the shipping address ( which I agreed to it was also doubtful as it needed to arrive today or tomorrow AND I am only here for a couple of days. ). Wake up today to find a tracking number ( but UPS still has not taken possession) for the items being sent to previous address. Atrocious.
