Had the best experience with Sora, amazing quality and cute clothes!!!

I ordered from this company I got an email that my stuff had been shipped with FedEx and got a tracking number FedEx don’t have my items and every time I reach out to them no one responds at all I reached on instagram they responded 2 times and I ask for update on my order they tell me that usps has it but they sent me a FedEx tracking that don’t make since at all so I see that they do this to so many people I will be opening up a worldwide civil case against them because you don’t do that to people and then it’s no communication on there part at all be on the lookout to get restitution for all you had to go through and items not received by this company fraud

I ordered the Academia Pants, and another discontinued set of pants. I dont know what I was expecting but the discontinued pants are very clearly b grade. The belt loops were already coming off when they arrived.

My bigger gripe is the Academia pants. Mine came with a peice of plastic in almsot every pocket seam that had to be carefully removed so I didnt tear the seam. I love that they are a heavy denim. But you cant wash them like regular denim. I follow the instructions inside out on delicate. The hardware for the leg warmer parts either shattered and horrible bent after 2 washes. I send an email to customer services and get told I need to wash them thr exact way im washing them and then radio silences. 150+ dollar pair of pants ruined because the hardware shattered in the wash.

I ordered a hoodie from them. The item came quicker than I expected,I love the quality. I would buy from them again.

i did get my order and in about 10 days (im in the uk) however i ened up not really likeing the stiff as the colour was a little off and doesnt suit my body type and when i tryed to return it i was told they DONT accept returns unless ur from the us or Canada now this would be fine but you have to really dig to find the bit where itmentions that on there website and im a 16 year old and have a part time job it took me 3 months to afford this order so as u can imagine i am quite upset about it, i wish i could give sora a better review:(

These guys are the real deal!!
Obviously their biggest downfall is shipping, my jeans took me 2 months to arrive but the material is outstanding, easily one of my favs in my collection. They have a discord about shipping and whatnot love my shi 💜💜

Tried to change size, got the responses that a size change will take longer. Got the wrong size anyway after 6 Months of waiting, and it's way to small so not even the smaller size was correct.

The clothes, if they arrive, are great. I'm a returning customer service - first order - no issues. However, I placed another order in August & requested to change 1 of the 3 items within 24 hours. It took them over a month to confirm the change. I have emailed & private messaged multiple times to ask that my order be sent & the replies are either 'don't worry. Your order is fine' (it's not!!!) or asking for information I've already given, but mostly just ignoring me. I have asked how to make a formal complaint - again, I'm just ignored. It's unusual I leave bad reviews but the customer service is horrendous & I should not still be waiting - in November - for an order I made in August.

The Cargo pants are very nice!

I spent $269 on May 2, 2025 on the purchase of 4 clothing items. It is now 11/12/25. I never received shipping notification nor have I received any merchandise. Over the last SIX MONTHS I have emailed them more than 20x asking for updates, shipping notification, or expected delivery dates. They always gave me the same response: Sorry for the inconvenience, we have had manufacturing delays. We appreciate your continued patience. That's fine and good until it goes on WAY longer than it should. Sadly I did not search reviews better than I did initially, or perhaps there are just more negative reviews now than there were in May. They had generally responded within a week of emails, but in the last month they stopped responding at all. They have dragged me along, and now I cannot even perform a chargeback through the bank. The products look great, and are incredibly enticing for Anime afficionados.

UPDATE: I received an email notification of shipment on December 10, 2025. Today, December 20, 2025, all four items were delivered via United States postal service (USPS). The quality of the items is very good. Obviously the customer service is terrible. But the ordered items were delivered, though 7 months from the order date. So late and with so little communication that I was convinced it was a scam. And Communication is hit or miss.

If you purchase from them do not expect much in the way of correspondence, and expect a very long wait. But if you can get past that, the items are very nice and appear to be well made.

I have ordered twice from this company, and both times, I received the service that was promised. The first time I ordered was a pre-order of an item that had previously dropped, and after the 45 -day window, I emailed them to check in on the status of the pre-order. They informed me that the pre-order window had closed, production was almost finished, and to expect my package within the next 3 weeks. Sure enough, it arrived within those 3 weeks.

The second time I ordered was a new drop, and that order came within 11 business days.

My first order consisted of the now discontinued "God Complex" knit and "Cruel Fate" cargo pants. Both are very good quality, comfortable, and look like they should last me a long while.

My second order was for the recent Cyberpunk drop, the "CYBER" jacket and cargo pants. Very comfortable, very high quality. Im planning to use the jacket all throughout the winter.

One more thing I really like about this brand is how much free stuff they give out. The Discord server has a monthly trivia event to earn up to $75 store credit, along with other events to earn store credits. The Instagram also does giveaways, and they send promotions to your inbox if you are signed up for them. Lots of opportunities to get free stuff, and I have only paid about $20 of my own real money when buying their products. Thank you Sora :)

Ordered the Inferno jacket and pants set in early Decemeber 2024 and they did not arrive till late April 2025. The material and quality of the clothes are really nice and I was very happy with them when they arrived, but waiting 4 months with almost no updates was rough.
Do not trust the processing and shipping time written on their website as it will definetly take longer, but if you don't mind waiting a long time I do think the clothing is worth the price.

I ordered the cyberpunk set and got it within 2 weeks! Not sure if its because I was in Canada but couldn't complain about wait times. The quality of the jacket shirt and pants are really good and I will definitely be grabbing more in stock items!

Took them 3.5 months to even ship my item and it is still not in my country! Bought on the beginning of August and its now almost November! My package is still not here. Ordered a pair of pants and two sweaters. On top of that Customs made me pay a whopping €90,- to even receive my package!!!

I have ordered several times from SORA over a few years and the quality and style are really good. It does take a long time for things to ship since majority of the items are preorder basis and it’s a smaller company. If you are expecting things to ship quickly you will be disappointed- it’s more of a long term purchase.

The estimates on the website for preorder production and shipping are not totally accurate and I think it might be partly because the customer base grew very quickly and they haven’t been able to keep up. Since buying from them I’ve noticed the preorder times have taken longer this year so that’s why I assume it is due to more orders.

If you order and it takes months - you will get your stuff it just takes awhile unfortunately. I just received one of the Cyberpunk items and it was in stock not preorder and I got it in less than 2 weeks.

The quality of the clothes is great. I have one knit sweater (AOT Rumbling in grey) that I wear all the time and have washed many times and it still looks brand new. Since it’s my favorite sweater I even ordered a second one as back up and it’s still in the plastic since the original one held up.

Giving 4 stars since preorder times are lacking - if they improved there it would be full 5 stars.

ordered from sora mha pants, the quality is great and I love it! It took quite a bit to deliver, but the wait was worth it!

Just got cyberpunk set today (jacket + pants)
The quality is mad fire bruh. Actually the fit is great and overall high level quality. Also shipping took like a week so it’s definitely a recommendation!!

discovered this brand back in early 2023 and ordered multiple times since then bc of the solid quality- their knits and jackets are hands down my favourite items from the store 🙌
I will admit the pre-order waiting times can be pretty long but I’ve never doubted that my package would not come. Definitely worth it if you don’t mind waiting for it!
