Friendly and efficient in dealing with my claim. Note that I was knocked off a road bike rather than a motorcycle - they deal with the full gamut of two wheel users (and I suspect others)

I have had a claim on going since 2023 and was getting no where, in the last few months I chose to try my luck sorrymate’s help.

I can’t recommend Sorrymate enough! They were there for me from the very first moment after my accident on 11th September, a driver pulled out on a dual carriageway and failed to give way, this resulted in him hitting me and writing my bike off.

I called Sorrymate straight away and from minute one they were absolutely incredible.

They came out to the scene and recovered me in their branded van, secured and took my bike home and locked it away safely as I had a suspected broken wrist, and then personally took me to the hospital.

As bikers, they knew what to check for at the scene and ensured I was safe to travel without an ambulance. Luckily my protective gear took the brunt of the force although it was in a really bad state with my helmet and visor heavily damaged as a result of hitting the floor at approximately 28mph.

Everything was unbelievably easy, every bit of paperwork was handled electronically, no questions were ever dismissed and they reassured me of everything throughout. I was legally protected even while sitting in the hospital waiting room, the same day!

Any additional information they need was always handled with a kind call or email and on one of those calls we even spoke about motorbikes and potential next models the woman on the phone was debating purchasing.

They quickly secured funds to replace my bike (which was only a week old!), and within just a month they settled my personal injury claim and recovered the full cost of my damaged protective gear.

I am now back on the road, on a brand new motorbike safe in the knowledge that if the worst happens again, Sorrymate are there to look after me.

The whole process was smooth, supportive, and completely stress-free. Sorrymate went above and beyond at every stage. Truly exceptional service.

This review is a strange one because hopefully you never need their services but if you do, they are easily the best in the business at resolving the outcome.

Guts and lacking of a backbone
Please read and judge for yourself if this story saves one person from going through the shambolic experience i experienced it’s worth the pain and suffering ive had to endure over the past years and years to come
So my story goes like this
After a near fatal non fault accident i suffered
7 broken ribs
Broken neck
Shattered collar bone
Brain bleed
Punchcard lung
I contacted sorry mate and was initially impressed with what they offered and promised reab help at home the whole shabang
Thats all what it was empty promises they arranged appointments all over the uk which i attended only to get there and find out that there were no appointment made
Massively frustrating then to have private detectives sat outside my house from surveillance group Tewksbury over several months I informed sorry mate there replied what do you want us to do
My mental health was in shreds and wanted to cancel the claim against my judgment sorrymate persuaded me to carry on the other side solicitors tied sorry mate up in knots every stupid request they buckled and caved into one instance
The other side wanted my permission for them to view the village council files where i lived god knows what for trying to dig up dirt i believe
I went to see a top barrister in London dan tobin
At my expense mr tobin told me its all in my head and my claim was worth in his opinion 10k
Obviously i got the feeling something wasn’t quite right and who’s side were mr tobin and sorry mate on i always felt they had there own intrest and the other side before mine so much so the lovely mr tobin informed me he wouldnt be attending court as it wasn’t worth his time and would have find another barrister 3 weeks before i was due to go to court
Iam still having surgery 11 years after the accident
I informed sorry mate before the claim was settled that how can this be settled when iam still having surgery
I felt i was railroaded into accepting a pittance of what i was told my claim was worth
Then they tried to take a large amount of my compensation
Sorrymate had no guts no backbone had there own interests before mine at heart here's some photos i think youll find that mr tobin and sorrymate your comments and thoughts are flawed its all in my head eh

Sorrymate you smooth law states trading as sorrymate just accept the fact once again sorrymate shafted me big time if this honest review saves one person the cruel treatment and heartbreak that sorrymate has put me through the pain and suffering iam currently experiencing helps me knowing that person has been saved
So who telling the truth then to try and have my review removed by insinuating its for a different company come on sorrymate admit it you sold me short and failed me massively

SorryMate has looked after me well over the past years. Legal representatives appointed by insurance companies have been pretty much useless when it came to my claim. Unwilling to pursue my claim in a timely and efficient way. SorryMate I have found to be helpful, frank, and put my interest first and foremost. Motorcycle legal advice and representation of this calibre is non-existent from other solicitors.

I never thought I'd find myself in a hospital bed immobile with serious injuries after 18+ years of uneventful riding. When I did, I was glad I went to Sorrymate for help.

After getting nowhere with the insurance partnered solicitors and claims management, I reached out to Sorrymate and had Fergus straight on the phone. After my accident i used a solicitors recommended by my insurance. After months of being messed around and barely contacted i decided to hive sorrymate a call. Very rapid response, claim settled within a few months rather than years. Best choice for bikers, I was T-Boned off my bike, insurance company appointed their usual law firm, 4 months and they managed nothing, after handing over to SorryMate, things moved very quickly to a satisfactory conclusion.
