Fergus is the solicitor everyone dreams of having. Punctual, great at communicating, a sense of humour when appropriate and always upholds the utmost of professionalism.

After my motorbike accident I spoke to two companies, one of which was SorryMate. I was given a SorryMate card years ago & I'm glad I contacted them. After speaking with Paul at SorryMate I knew I would choose them. He explained the process really well to me even before I said that I would use them.

Fergus took on the claim, he arranged an interim payment for me & now after 7 months it has been settled. I was grateful for the advice given to me by Fergus to get the claim settled.

Time to go buy more motorbikes :-)

Their service was very speedy and efficient, always keeping me in the loop and up to date on my case even after the major screw up of my previous solicitors. These came in sorted everything out and got it back in track.

Had a bike accident in April 2023, a car pulled out on me resulting in my bike being written off and I injured my hand. My insurance company weren't particularly interested in helping despite camera footage so after some recommendations online I contacted sorrymate who straight away told me I had a good case and that they'd take it on.
Within 6 weeks I had received an interim payment to replace my bike and gear, next step was to claim for my injuries which took another several months due to hospital appointments and delays with the hospital records departments. I finally received full settlement after 9 months. Sorrymate took their agreed 25% commission from my injuries compensation, I was also reimbursed lost potential wages and my employer was reimbursed my sick pay that I received. All in all a very satisfactory result. Don't expect things to happen fast, they don't! Sit tight and put your faith in sorrymate, I highly recommend them. Big thanks to Joanne.

I’ve been ghosting by this company and I don’t know if they’re still dealing with my case anymore. I’ve been dealing with this company for two years and for the last nine months they’ve ghosted me. I’ve moved house and email them with address change and they still haven’t got back to me. I’ve even called them and they say they’ll get back to me and never do. I’m actually going to go to ACAS as they deal with matters such as this. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone in future. I’ve feel they’ve won my case and stolen my money. I genuinely don’t know what to do to get this company to communicate with me.
