The breakfast shakes are easy and tasty but the evening meals are barely eatable. The risottos and pastas all taste bad. I’ve tried spices and hot sauce just to get them down. Even though a whole “meal” is only about 6 bites after 5 days I just could not stomach them anymore. I would have rather had two breakfast shakes each day to help me jump start my weight loss.

I want to share my opinion since it seems to be pretty new here in the US. I tried a 14-day program and I really liked it! Easy to cook, many shaker flavors and dishes. The fact that you only replace breakfast and dinner, while keeping your lunch as usual helps a lot. Great new brand to me!

Best diet I've tried so far! Efficient, very simple method as you just have to replace your breakfast and dinner with a Soshape shake or meal, and that's it. In 28 days, I drop more than a size!

I was hopeful and still totally disappointed. One of the products, Mac+Cheese, was so awful I actually vomited from the taste. I reached out, let them know I would like a refund for the 28 day pack I purchased, and that I only was able to finish one day. They said they would refund me and sent me an address to ship everything back to all the way in Florida. I live in California and by shipping everything back I will be down $30/$40. I asked if they send a shipping label and received a short response that said, “Thanks for your feedback. The return of the products is at your expense.”

This company is a scam and total joke.

I guess the 1 star stands for a fast delivery. But the taste and texture are just so bad. Tried 2 meals of my 5 days challenge and put the rest in the trash. Don’t waste your money.

After seeing a few ads on Instagram which peaked my interest, I decided to test their meal replacements (I needed to lose a few pounds). And what a good surprise!
Honestly the meals tasted real good (special mention to the brownie and cappuccino shakes) and I definitely saw and felt results.
I really recommend these so shape challenges!

Very good shipping service, I received my package just a few days after I placed my order. I loved the packaging too, which looked quite fancy (they’re not French for nothing I guess lol).

As for the product itself, I was a little skeptical as to the taste, but every flavor I’ve had so far tasted delicious! I’ve already lost 2 pants sizes and counting!! I had my wife try it and she loves it too. We’ve been spreading the word as proud members of the So Shape community :-)

Lies after lies after lies. Untrustworthy, disrespectful and dishonest.

Rather than tel you that they don't have items in stock, they blame COVID than the rain, then the snow then the shipping services to found out that the shipment has not even been made but only when I filed a complaint they sent me only 1 of the items that I ordered when I have been told that my order was on the way weeks before. Awful way of treating customers. Do not recommend at all.

Had a great experience with So Shape. I tried their Challenges and lost over 15 pounds in just one month and lost 10 additional pounds after the Challenge.
Now I have it every morning as a morning routing, in order to have a healthy breakfast and I just love it, it’s delicious.
I strongly recommend.

Be careful this company is a fraud , i have been scammed of my money and no product or item , other shoppers please beware, when you call the number no one answers they just hang up (try for yourself)
Still waiting for a refund and my money

Terrible waited over 2 month and I ordered 3 items and only one of the 3 items came I didn’t want the other 2 items and there first excuse was I can’t get refunded until my items have been delivered and now there saying my items have been delivered even though they haven’t! I need to send the items that I apparently have received back to get my refund how does that work? Would not recommend buying from here the customer service is terrible and the delivery times is appalling it’s supposed to be fast express delivery it says on there site and I waited 2 month.

I have tried So shape twice a few months apart. With 5 kilos installed in a few years, I needed to go down a bit to regain some self-confidence. I chose So shape because I'm not a big eater, that's what I thought.
The tastes are good, but you can't keep up with a single shaker in the morning or a simple soup in the evening. I was hungry so the first cure was a bitter failure. 120 euros less and still the same weight (I went to sport at the time and a lot of cycling)
I read a lot of user reviews and decided to start over with more seriousness by adding pancakes and different flavours. failure again. I absolutely do not recommend, you will waste your money and time. I thought I would be smarter and not fall for marketing having marketing background ... epic fail

I did a 5 day challenge a few months ago, and was pretty happy with the quality and results. It’s not perfect, but as far as meal replacement kits go (at least in my experience), this one is pretty tasty and satisfying. Albeit, the sweet shakes are much better than the savoury options and they were the reason I chose to do another 5 day challenge. These shakes are the most delicious meal replacements I’ve had so far! So many delicious flavours to choose from. Unfortunately I’m a sucker for savoury foods, and here they are just fine, even though you can feel that they are really trying with the flavours. Only the vegetable soup was pretty unpalatable in my experience.
Another draw back, and something I would like to bring to the so shape team’s attention, is that the amount of plastic packaging is quite shocking every time it arrives. I don’t see a huge point in using all the plastic, apart from making the inside of the box look pretty?
