The worst customer service ever
The worst customer service ever! It's really impossible to get in touch with them - I tried email, DM, phone, Twitter... I haven't received my parcel and I received a random email saying that they will refund me 13€ only on a total of 63€. They don0t care about their consumers at all.

So far i'm not happy,and a little worried i've been conned out of my money! The website says to allow 48 hours to prepare your order however my order was placed on 4/5/19 - today is the 14/5/19 and i've had no confirmation of dispatch, when i've chased it they told me to allow 4 working days and its well over that now, i have sent further emails and had no response along with leaving voicemails on their answer phone, to which i've had no response back too...... not happy with the time its taking, misleading time-frames on the website...and poor customer service in general

NO SHAKER!
I ordered my 28 days challenge 29th of December, and received it 7th of January. Took longer than expected.
Then when I finally received it - THEY DIDNT PUT THE SHAKER IN THE PACKAGE!
So now I’m stuck with 60 bags of powder, which I can’t use, because they didn’t give me the shaker.
Not a very good start. I hope they send me a shaker, or I will return it right back to them!
Waiting for their reply at the moment, if nothing good happens this review will get worse...
Update - they sent me a shaker, so after a week I could finally start with the shakers.

Customer service has got a lot worse since the company expanded
As I write this review, I am still waiting for my shakes, etc.
Bit of false advertising with the 48-hour delivery. Lots of issues, lot's of inaction from their end.
Customer service used to be proactive and actually helpful, now they are on the path of 'no responsibility' and 'look at our terms and conditions'.
An AI system would be able to come across as more human than their representatives.
