what's the problem? geting notifications for messages like twenty minutes after they actually arrive

So guys, I'm giving you 5 stars because the atmosphere of honest people saying what they want and need on your site is great and you don't deserve just 3.3 stars you currently have. Wonderful support team as well.
However, the fact that text based messaging is prohibitively expensive for normal people is a big 0 stars for you. And it's not just a user perspective (that's subjective) but it might hurt your user retention and new user base in the future, and it would be a pitty. Make texting a lot cheaper and keep all the other prices... that would be a better middle ground.

Horrible customer service. I was on the phone for 10 minutes and even longer online with CS chat. Impossible to cancel. Ineffective agents

This company has about 4 sites may all be under different name. But when you join 4 different sites they are all the same man. One site said people Close to so you can meet and have coffee. One guy is in Chicago and I’m down south. If you send a chat the same person answers

Terrible, not even let privately, followers know statistics of real connections. Yet, all you do take them another Penny.. Love does not measure by money. Something, many has lost. Pure connection. Beware!

It is the same as Asiacharm or asiavibe,you buy cretits and the 'models' try to get you to read there Emails and open their photos for these credits which are not cheap. I have yet to meet one who is interested ina relationship, they all have wonderful photos, maybe too wonderful for it all to be true, sorry but it is another scam site.

The platform is easy to set up. I loved the women here and how fast they reply. I did run into a small profile editing bug when trying to update my info but it resolved quickly and didn’t affect chatting. I want to give you high rating because it’s an awesome experience I don’t have any regrets at all

When a Dating Profile Raises More Questions Than Answers

I used SoulmateMeets for many months and spent a substantial amount of money there. I am writing this review because I believe potential users should understand the questions my experience eventually raised.

I developed what I believed to be a serious and exclusive relationship with one member. Despite months of daily communication, we never met and never succeeded in moving to normal, free communication outside the platform.

The most disturbing discovery came later. I found what appeared to be the same man on another dating platform, using the same photographs but a different name, location and personal history. Altogether, my involvement with what appeared to be the same person continued for approximately sixteen months across the two platforms.

I cannot prove who was actually behind either profile, and I am deliberately not making that accusation. What I can describe are the patterns I observed: extremely long periods of apparent availability, reluctance to move away from paid communication, inconsistencies in personal information, direct questions sometimes being answered without really being addressed, and conversations that could continue for remarkably long periods without the ordinary interruptions of a person's daily life.

Over time, these patterns also made me question whether every interaction was necessarily person-to-person. I cannot prove that AI, automated systems or third-party operators were involved. However, after sixteen months, I believe it is legitimate to ask the question.

On any platform where users pay for communication, there should be complete transparency about who or what may be generating or assisting messages. A paying customer should know whether they are communicating exclusively with the person represented by the profile.

I eventually attempted to recover money paid to SoulmateMeets through a formal payment dispute, but my claim was unsuccessful.

My advice to anyone using this type of service is simple: verify the person independently as early as possible, keep records, pay close attention to contradictions, establish whether genuine communication outside the paid environment is possible, and set a strict financial limit before emotional involvement makes it difficult to walk away.

After many months, I was left with a question I believe every paying user has the right to ask:

Who, or what, am I actually talking to?

All of the negative feedbacks are true. This site is a money grabbing site. Do not waste your time and money! Their costumer service response are also AI generated. This is one of those deceit love scam that gets you.

It’s a bot. They try to get you to spend money. Response times too quick, each response is polished & prescripted. I’ve been on enough sites to know this is all fake.

The site seems to good to be true. The women in the site look like models. All seem to be online 24/7. When answering questions they seem very scripted. And super fast response times, almost way to fast like they don’t have to actually type the response. Very expensive to use. I tried to purchase credit to continue a chat and after one purchase the credit card companies and bank stopped all payments. When contacted them they said the site was flagged for malicious fraudulent content and suspected as a spamming scamming company. They highly recommend I discontinue trying to purchase anything from the site. After a few attempts to sort the issue out with “customer support” the icon button stopped functioning and I could no longer get in contact with the support team.

Well I just joined recently and what I am worried about is when I try to login Telstra my service provider has blocked the website due to it may contain malicious content and can be harmful to your device and it said that they can be taken your personal information and credit card details . It is a bit strange that there is a lot of beautiful women I’m sure with AI these days you can do remarkable things with it and I’m sure there is some fake profiles there and I’m sure there would be some real profiles there but it can cost you quite a penny to find a real one. I’ve been on quite a few dating sites and they all seem to be the same with bots and fake profiles. We will see how we go I will give it a month but if they keep stretching the messages and not wanna finally meet up like the website was created for… I’ll just give it the boot

So far, this appears to be a scam, they've taken €40 from me for credits, but won't allow me to share any personal details with anyone! no email, no tel. What's the point of a dating website where you are prohibited from making arrangements to meet!

On one end you have beautiful models, all profiles are too good to be true targeting gullible, naiive individuals. On the back end God only knows who is there, I would imagine a large team of men with standard messages one size fits all kind of thing. As soon as you join you get blasted with horny messages from models, This is a totally well organized bullshit site targeting stupid people. Do not waste a penny

i signed up with this sight . it is total crap . went through a lot of money as every thing you do on this sight costs you credits . most of the contacts are bots and designed to keep you messaging to chew up credits . if you have any favourites , they wont get in contact with you till you message first .no one local . a lesson well learnt . sight should be band . be careful . this company is total rubbish . i signed up with another dating sight and good lord exactly the same but with a different name . on checking , i came across the same so called girl from your sight . i marked her as a Favorite . send a wink and law and behold i received a return and she did not even know who i was . so what does that tell you . just nothing but scams .

The all app is a big scam, don't fall for it !!!

All "men" who contacted me look like male models and claim to be gym trainers, CEOs, architects, doctors, etc. They all send you romantic messages that no one would normally send, at least not at first... All these men claim to be interested in people between the ages of 21 and 90: really? THESE PROFILES ARE FAKE AND NOT REAL !

The app tries to have you use your "credits" by having you chat or send letters to those fake profiles. And of course, when you're out of those credits, you'll need to buy some more...

I've been on the app for a week. Even though I never expressed any interest (by chat or email) in the people contacting me, however, the very same people keep trying to engage with me over and over with dozens of emails per day. Who does that?

I also sent an email to "get verified" and I'm still waiting for an answer... I read further that the company reviews "many profiles"; why not all of them?

AND LAST, BUT NOT LEAST: I just got off a chat with tech support and I learned that in order for you to be able to give your personal info to a member (hoping it is a real person), such as a phone number or an email, YOU WILL NEED TO SPEND 5,000 CREDITS, whis the equivalent of $250.00 !!!

Oh, I almost forgot: the company tried to flag my review: what does that say?

I spent a lot of money on there with a couple of women one in particular I satisfied the 5000 credits and went to apply for information which she agreed with and they have cut me off and I can’t get back on the website, I guess it’s all about money and once I have her information I’m gone, so they’re gonna lose money. That’s the only thing I can figure out they would have to prove me different.

Everyone on there is a bot. I'm a man for man and all the messages are for men looking for women? Company cant filter for what users want. Total bots on the site. If they were not no man would send me a email if they are looking for a women. Lame.

What a load of nonsense. I received a few messages from very beautiful women from other countries. Well how useful is that.

So I went to search mode. Filtering my criteria for uk only women age 40-58. There was a grand total of 8 women. And yes you guessed it they all look like models. How strange!!!!

Based on my recent experiences the vast majority of dating sites are now fraudulent. That includes Bumble and Tinder.

Soul mates will be pleased to hear that they won't be getting their greedy little hands on any of my cash.
