I ordered five polo shirts. Unfortunately they were too small. Customer service offered a satisfactory solution very promptly. I have since reordered the shirts in a larger size.

Clothes were exactly what they looked like online. Quality is decent. Also had a quick delivery.

Those shirts are funny and original, the fabric is of good quality and they were delivered quite quickly (2 weeks).

Ordered a linen shirt, item I got was not polyester and not even the same shirt as what I ordered. To add to this, the page of the item I bought is now edited so the shirt resembles what they actually sent. Funny I still have the order confirmation mail where the picture of the actual shirt is included..

"Customer service" asked for a picture of the item, and afterwards went silent. After another mail sent with no reply, I'm now sure this wasn't somehow a mistake, just a scam website. From what I've seen of reviews, it's like 5% you might get what you ordered and 95% just another shammy item. I'd highly suggest you to look elsewhere

EDIT: After writing this review, soulmiacollection got in contact with me and offered a full refund.

I ordered 3 shirts with them all medium size. And got my package a couple of weeks later. Turned out one of the shirts are too small for a medium. And the other two are too big for medium as well. I should have read the review on sizes. I have them 5 stars cause of the customer service. They reached out and check in with me if I’m satisfied with the products. After I told them this. They offer a refund for me without hesitation! Even though the size is not match. If you read the size reviews you definitely will get what you want. And if there’s a mistake, the customer service is sure will be very helpful! Definitely will shop with them again. Beautiful design and amazing price!!

The shirt I bought feels great, very soft, comfortable, and fresh to wear on hot days. The quality looks pretty neat, has very strong fabric, and the details on the print are just perfect.33 Sizing is about right, I'm 5'6" tall and medium size fits me well. I definitely recommend buying from Soulmia, shipping was actually fast giving the fact that was International shipping to Colombia, South America.

The dresses I bought were super cute. Unfortunately 2 were a bit small. Got an exchange easy as pie and it worked out great. I'll definitely be shopping again.

I love the quality of the shirts I received. The shirts themselves are heavyweight. The prints are smooth, clear, in the right places and nicely done. I ordered a 2x and I'm usually an xl and they fit well.

I was genuinly surprised by the material and style. I ordered 3 shirts and thry fitted perfectly! The delivery was a bit slow (about 10 days) but it was for free so can't complain about that. Highly recommended

I received my order early but a couple of the items were too small. I got in touch with Customer Services and they offered various options for returns etc. They were really helpful and professional. I would have no worries about ordering from this company again.

This is a great company and the t-shirts that I had ordered were wonderful. Very soft fabrics, not too tight around the collar and they washed up well. I purchased 6 shirts and the ones that arrived in the zipper bags (4) had no shrinkage and the other two had some slight shrinkage in the width and length. I wash my clothes in hot/warm water, if you washed in cold, I am sure you wouldn't have that issue. Overall, I had purchased from this company several times and I would not hesitate to order from them again. Very good quality graphics. I can't say the same from other companies that I ordered from. Wash your shirts inside out and it will retain the graphics so that they are fresh for a longer period of time.

By far one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I ordered mt order on June 22 2021. Said it woukd take 10 days for delivery. On Day 20 July 12th 2021, I received a notice that my order was cancelled Due to stocking issues. Nor part of it, but all of it. Now I have to wait 14 days before I get a refund. If I get one. Total sham of a company. Don't waste your time. Pour customer service along with poor delivery capabilities makes this company a dismal 1 or of 5 stars. BUYER BEWARE....

Quick response to order enquiry, provided with tracking information and was delivered shortly after.
Would recommend buying from them again.
