I ordered 2 graphic print t-shirts recently without knowing Soulmia, but I just loved the prints. Very nicely priced and low delivery costs to have it shipped all the way to Belgium. They arrived in perfect conditions about 12 days after I placed my order. The shirts have a high quality, which I never expected for such a low price. Will definitely order at Soulmia again!

This was my second order with Soulmia. As for the first order, no problem and great satisfaction. Colours, fabric, model of shirts and pants are exactly as showed online. There was 1 item missing and I was immediately refunded. All perfect.

My first order of tshirts was received quickly (about 2 weeks) and the material is true to size and the material is very soft. I have always ordered a size larger and you don't have to do that with these items. My second order took longer and as soon as I emailed them to ask where it was, they refunded my shipping and kept in constant communication if I got my order. That was amazing and I will surely order again from Soulmia.

Ordered two items. One fit perfectly and the other was obviously not the size marked. Customer service saved the day and refunded the incorrectly sized item.

My experience with Soulmia was great! They respected the delivery deadline, they’re great in communication and made sure to announce me when my ordered item was not on stock. I am really impressed by the quality of the materials and I would definitely order some other time.

I ordered two tops (men's) from Soulmia after seeing online advertisements for the company's collection. I was pleasantly surprised that delivery of the order did not take weeks. The product itself is well made and attractive, exactly as advertised, which makes me a satisfied customer. You must remember, however, that in ordering from this source, men's sizes seldom match U.S. norms. I normally wear size L but ordered size XL, and the tops fit me fine.

Some items delivered were poor quality material. Main issue is that only way to get a refund is to contact Soulmia's customer service department and they choose not to respond. Do not buy from this company unless you are willing to accept that you are stuck with any poor quality items you receive.

Edit: Soulmia - re your response. I did contact you at the stated email multiple times. You have not responded within your stated 24 hours to any of the emails.
Items were not received by me until 19th July 2021 and I emailed you on the 20th July 2021.

Update: despite the company repsonding to my review, they have made absolutely no effort to rectify the situation. Do not buy from this company.

I accidentally came across the soulmania.com on one of the social media. When I opened and observed the site, I found very nice and funny t-shirt and made my first order approximately 1 month ago.
Because of pandemic situation I had to wait my order more than usual, but the communication with Soulmania team was very responsible and quick. By way of compensation and as a gesture of good will they refunded the shipping fee.
When I finally got my t-shirt, I was surprised by it's quality. The price and waiting were worth it.

I really like the designs on the shirts they were fantastic!! I just have 2 suggestions. The first one being, that I wish the shirts were a little longer and the second one being that the area around the armpits would be cut better.

In June 2021 I placed an order for 6 items but unfortunately only 2 of them fit properly, even though I followed the size chart for each item. When I reached out to customer service to enquire about their exchange program the individual took the time to hear my concerns and I was pleasantly surprised to hear that they were willing to send me a new shipment with the correct sizes. This was above and beyond my expectations! The new shipment arrived quickly and everything fits properly now. I would definitely recommend this company and would suggest you size up if you have a long torso as some of their t-shirts run a bit short.

The T-shirts arrived in less than 15 days and to think that I live in Greece, tracking was available but it was a little bit confusing after communicating with Support Team I was able track my order in real time.
The Quality is really good, they're cotton, and because I've sensitive skin I get rashes pretty easily if the quality isn't good... But I didn't have any problems so that means the quality is really good and is worth it ...

I picked up two shirts for my lovely wife. She was thrilled with the vibrant colours and the whimsical cartoons.
