Nice, quality t-shirts, in normal sizes, good customer service and parcel came within two weeks of ordering. Will order again!

Hey guys! I have to admit that at first i was very sceptic about the website but i place an order cause i liked the price of the products and i wanted to give a chance to them. After a few days the dress arrived and i was excited! It came in no time to my place and it was awesome! The quality according to the price was excellent and the size was perfect! After they i ordered two more dresses and i suggested the page to everyone i know! You have to try this!

Delivery service was fine, around two weeks to the UK. Quality of the four items purchased was lower than expected though. Materials used, cut of fabric. The experience has convinced me, again, never to follow an Ad thru to purchase on Facebook; it never ends well.

I must say I started panicking about ordering 50 pound worth of t-shirts after finding THIS page. Surprisingly, I am happy with my order. It did take a few weeks to arrive but I got everything I ordered, plus the expected free item and the quality is good AND the sizing is correct. I'm actually thinking of ordering again. However, I've only just started wearing the tees so I cannot guarantee their physical resistance to daily use just yet. Hope I won't regret it!

I purchased a t-shirt as a gift for someone from Soulmia. I wasn’t sure what to expect, as all the cute, funny sayings seemed too good to be true, and the price was reasonable. I decided to try it anyways and am so glad I did. My parcel arrived in a timely manner and I’m very happy with the look, size, and material of the shirt.

I am really happy with my products. I bought a T-shirt, and it is exactly like the picture and super soft! It is a bit bigger than I expected, but not so much it becomes an issue.

I somehow made my order twice, due to a misunderstanding, and custumer service helped me with that issue quickly and professionaly.

They created an account for me on their website even though I have not requested any. So they are using my data without my consent, violating the law, just because they want to. Be careful with this type of trader!!

I have ordered t shirts from here twice and used the customer service once. I like the t shirts and think they are good quality for the price (I always order a size up), they have also washed well so far. The customer service was helpful and managed to change my first order before it was shipped, saving me the effort of a return. All positive here, I will be ordering again :)

Ordered a t shirt from here on arrival everything looked great. (pingu t shirt) I was a little concerned about the print as it seemed more stuck on. Wore once really comfy fit happy with the product.

Worn once and washed it once following the wash instructions!!! The print half fell off and is now unwearable.

Now here's the fun part. Emailed customer care along with photos and they had the cheek email back and advise that they were happy to refund me £5 as the t shirt was still wearable!! I was I could upload pictures as this is completely laughable. Who in their right more would wear a t-shirt with half the print hanging off and flapping around? They could clearly see this in the piks that I had sent.

Complained again as advised I expected a full refund as the product is faulty (its £15 so not loads) and they've come back this morning saying I now need to Pay to return the item to them and they will replace or change it BUT I need all the original packaging.

1. Why would I have kept the packaging when I was originally happy with the tee?

2. What are they going to do with that resell it? Ha

3. Why should I spend more money getting their faulty product back to them?

4. Its FAULTY!!!

5. I do not want a replacement of another t shirt that will fall apart.

Because of this drama and the hassle of them not refunding a £15 faulty t-shirt I would recommend that no one uses this site. Use trusted sites that actually have an easy returns policy and respect their customers. No decent company would put their customers through this for the sake of £15.

I hope this honest review puts some of you off and saves you money that you can spend at another trusted store and not soulmia.

I ordered 4 t shirts two months ago but haven’t received anything. I’ve messaged them 3 times and no response. On the website it says it’s supposedly been delivered. I’ve asked for a refund, but again nothing. They are thieves. Don’t bother.

My package finally arrived one day after this review. Better late than never. I just wish they would have responded to my emails and kept me updated...

Ordered 4 shirt in the sale. Quality is reasonable compared to the price, but not very good. BTW Wish offers the same prints for 2 euro’s per shirt!
The sizing is not good. Very short and wilde.
however, my biggest problem is with customer service. I ordered one shirt in a size S for my son, but got M. It is way to big for him. They are now saying it is An asian S, they sent me this on purpose? They are not offering a solution. Do not buy here!
