2x PowerLink mark 2s

Ordered two PowerLink mark 2s for my B&O stereo £20.40 each not too bad as paid more in the past. Was charged £24.99 for postage.
When they arrived I noticed on the postage they paid £6.59 so what happened to the additional money I paid. I have emailed sales email twice since I received them 4th dec and no reply no apology, not even an offer of a refund for being over charged.
I probably wouldn’t buy again from here postage cost more than one lead alone, could understand if if cane wrapped special but didn’t.

Very happy with Sound-Affair

Very happy with Sound-Affair. I contacted them to see if they were interested in buying my 20 y/o B&O Beosound 3200 Hi-Fi. James looked at my photos and offered a fair price. He arranged collection and I was paid in full by bank transfer the next day. Very easy and professionally managed. Highly recommended.

Selling B&O

We contacted Sound-Affair about selling our B&O equipment. I was amazed at how simple and straightforward James made it.
I emailed the details and some photos. James responded within a few hours and we agreed a fair price. He called in person to collect everything and transferred the money there and then. I cannot praise him highly enough and recommend him without any hesitation. Thanks, James!

Outstanding customer service

Outstanding customer service. Such a simple process.
I had some B&O items that I was keen to sell. I contacted Sound Affair and was asked to send through some photos of the items for sale - which I did.
James came back to me extremely promptly, asked for a bit more information, which I sent through, and he offered a price for all the items there and then. The offer was fair and so we arranged for the items to be picked up. James arrived on time, made a bank transfer on the spot and took the items away.

I don't think you could have made the process any simpler or more professional.
I would highly recommend Sound Affair for all your B&O needs.

Excellent supplier

James replies, despatch and ongoing support is a real credit to his commitment to go beyond what one would normally expect. It is quite refreshing to encounter excellent service - almost a surprise compared to a normal experience.

Oh my goodness

Oh my goodness, a company which is efficient and customer focussed. So rare these days but so welcome. James is an absolute pleasure to deal with, all worked like clockwork. Would recommend highly.

Sale of old B&O hifi

I contacted Sound-Affair through their website to see if they'd be interested in purchasing my old B&O hifi. They responded promptly and after sending them through a few photos they came back with an offer which I was very happy with. On that basis James came over the next day to collect the hifi and the bank transfer was completed there and then. Super smooth and efficient process throughout and I would consequently whole heartedly recommend them.

Excellent customer service

The articles I ordered were delivered on time but one component was incorrect. I pointed this out by email to James who arranged for a replacement to be sent. That arrived the following day and now all things work perfectly. Excellent customer service.

Got in touch with James to sell a…

Got in touch with James to sell a Beosound 9000 and some speakers, as we are moving house, easy process, James told us exactly which photos to send of the equipment and how to access some parts to do this.
We agreed a price and arranged a day for him to pick up. James notified us on the day of his expected arrival time . He took it off the wall for us and the wall speaker too and sorted out the cabling as it was chased into the wall. We were concerned about doing this ourselves as we would not have had a clue! He did this all with expertise!
A lovely man and very easy to do business with. Would not hesitate to recommend anyone thinking of dealing with them. When we buy some equipment for our new home would not hesitate to buy from him. He was also able to come out to us very quickly between our exchange and completion date as the new owners did not want it left in the house!

Absolutely no fault to be found!

I wanted to sell some B and O equipment, and found this excellent little company online. I received a very prompt reply, with a very fair offer. James came to collect in just a couple of days. He was very polite and helpful, keeping me well informed through the process. I would highly recommend this business.

Brilliant experience, highly recommended!

Right from my first phone call to James I was impressed by his professionalism and honesty. He was always clear with our communications and met all the timescales set. It was so refreshing to deal with someone who genuinely cares about customer service.

In this instance he was purchasing some B&O equipment and I can only praise the way he and the firm handled this. If you are selling or in the market to purchase B&O then I would highly recommend you give them a call.

Unreliable company

I purchased an item. After two weeks of silence, I wanted to find out the delivery time. There was no response to my enquiry. After a month, I asked once more. Again, the company did not react at all. What kind of business practice is this? Fortunately, I had paid by credit card, so I was able to arrange a chargeback.

I recently purchased the BeoSound 9000…

I recently purchased the BeoSound 9000 Mk3 along with BeoLab 8000 speakers and subwoofer. Living in Dubai, I was impressed with how efficiently everything was shipped — the entire system arrived in pristine condition.

A special thanks to James for making the whole process seamless; his support and professionalism were outstanding.

The system not only looks stunning but also delivers an incredible sound experience. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and would highly recommend this company to anyone considering Bang & Olufsen equipment.

First Class Service

I was slightly reluctant to handover my B&O equipment to Sound Affair without payment. However I need not have worried. Despite the geographical distance between us James was superb throughout. He was easily contactable and paid me within the hour of them receiving the goods. Fantastic service and highly recommended.
