Had some old B&O speakers and HiFi system. The whole process was simple - all I needed to do was to email pictures of the items and I was given a quote which was honoured upon collection. James was super informative and friendly and did not try to renegotiate the price when he came to collect the goods. The whole sale was completed within a week of initial contact.

Quick, professional, quoted very quickly, arrived when agreed, answered my questions and the money was in my account almost immediately. Would definitely recommend!

10/10 bought a bang olufsen item online, however they sold the item to a customer in their store so they decided to upgrade me to a more newer model free of charge, I cannot complain. New model is working perfectly fine, and the communication was amazing

After experiencing problems with our B&O Overture and realising that the cost of repair from another dealer would be exorbitant we found Sound Affair whilst searching for an alternative solution.
