As always, the pedal was accurately described, in an excellent state, and competitively prized. It was appropriately packaged and promptly shipped. Because no fees are payable if you order from SoundAffects' website (unlike the various market place sites), I always look there first. I have so far bought more than a handful of pedals and two guitars from SoundAffects, and each time I was perfectly happy with the goods and service.

Sold a guitar to Sound Affects and the transaction was super easy, especially given that we are on other ends of the UK.
They were attentive and easy to deal with with regards to selling my instrument to them.

A fantastic experience buying an expensive guitar. The staff just allowed me to get on with trying out my choices but were on hand to answer any questions and offer advice. This made for a great time. Shop is clean and full of gorgeous instruments as well.

I traded/part ex'd in a guitar with them, all through email communication and through the post From the first communication to being provided with a box for me to post my guitar to them, to receiving the trade in guitar delivered to my door was less than 4 working days. Brilliant communication, they really couldn't have been any more compromising. They also offered me a great price for the trade in. highly recommended.

I took my acoustic guitar in to Sound Affects to be repaired after a previous nut replacement went very wrong. It involved some delicate rebuilding of the neck around the nut. Rob - Sounds Affects' guitar repair expert - took it on and made a brilliant job and set the guitar up. It looks great and sounds at least as good as it ever did. Thanks Rob.

Delivery was arranged very quickly, and the guitar was exactly as described. The inclusion of a hard carry case was appreciated, as the packaging had been treated quite roughly by the courier.

Marshall amp covers. Looked for the cheapest. Found it at Sound Affects. Nearly half the normal price and sadly they only had one left. Ordered it, received it quickly and am delighted.

Couldn't make it into the shop to try the guitar I wanted, but SA answered my questions by email very quickly. I bought the guitar online and it arrived quickly and safely. SA had done a set-up that I'd asked for and the guitar played beautifully. I was very happy with the SA shopping experience and I'm looking forward to visiting the shop as soon as the opportunity arises.
