Just a Bad experience
No answer on the contact side after renting . Went to the place in a rented car and all and no answer. Extra money for pikcing up that is not going to be refunded of course.

Hallo Christian, es tut uns leid, dass du heute vor verschlossenen Türen standest! Zur Einordnung: Da wir mit lokalen Partnern arbeiten, ist eine kurze Terminabsprache vorab zwingend erforderlich, insbesondere bei einer spontanen Sonntags-Buchung.
Dieser Schritt wird sowohl auf der Website als auch in deiner Bestätigungsmail ausdrücklich erklärt. Schade, dass es hier – eventuell aufgrund einer Sprachbarriere – zu einem Missverständnis kam und du keine Absprache mit dem Partner gehalten hast. Wir haben dir wegen der Unannehmlichkeiten ja bereits einen Rabattcode für deine nächste Miete geschickt.

Simple process and friendly staff. Flexibility on pick up and drop off appreciated. I was also happy to see that a lot of the process is streamlined online and the communication runs smoothly and quickly on Whatsapp

Made our boat trip a proper party!
Quick and easy communication, effortless pickup and amazing powerstation, which was essential for party. (And after 7 hours of running a sound system, it was still at 50% battery)

Renting procedure is very easy. Sound quality of the Soundboks 4 is amazing. The battery life is preety good. The pickup and delivery timings are very flexible.
