Fake and misleading offers

I just can't believe all the fake discounts and offers they put. They double the price of a product and put a 50% discount tag on it so that customers get fooled with attractive prices. Shame on you. I can't believe how such a big name as Amazon accepted to be a part of this!

Worst seller service and fraud after being sold to Amazon

I'm a seller on souq and I don't recommend any other seller to invest with the.
No seller customer service. No account manager.

And lately order with high values has been returned with a totally different cheap products and there is nothing you can do to complain with no phone number to contact or any person to speak to.

Unreliable service, waste of time and money

Don't be fooled by Amazon label, they are extremely unreliable. Order not delivered, customer service are helpless, after waiting 5 days for my order the courrier didn't attempt to deliver and returned the order to the seller and I was asked to place a new order and wait another 5 days!

I would never buy another thing from this company, l ordered 3 tier unit in blue they send gray, l ordered in April 2020 1st may 2020 del.....l am a house bound disabled customer, despite several message and 20 emails and letter finally july 2020 contact was made, they were extremely rude and l got no satisfaction, dispite paying 28 pound they have sent cheap gray one l could have got from pound saver for 9 pound......all l wonted was that they change it for correct colour l ordered "blue".....l didn't even get a sorry....m.s. fryer

good products, fast delivery and good service idfk what everyone is talking about. ive ordered from souq countless times and ive been ordering for years its amazing. just read the description to make sure of the size of things and the textures and quality. you can also read the reviews written under the sellers name and items to make double sure.

The worst place to buy phone

The worst place to buy phone
I bought iPhone XS Max from souq.com in egypt.
It was activated by Vodafone SIM card one year ago
Then I had to change the SIM card so I suddenly know that it is locked
I tried several times to call the customer service and every time they tell me they will bring me the code to unlock my iPhone but nothing happened
Now I have paid 23 and quarter thousands for nothing
The seller was fulfilled by souq
I advice every one not to buy phones from souq.com

Souq underwent a bad period but are doing great today

Souq underwent a very bad period in terms of organizing and shipping customer orders, but I think today they are doing a great job.
Some sellers on Souq do take much longer than expected, but most others are on time.
I even received some items 2-3 days after ordering, even during this COVID-19 lockdown!
Hope Souq keeps up the good work and keeps improving their services.

Saudi Arabia Souq.com (Riyadh)
This company is selective on the reviews they publish from their costumers. As such, don’t trust any review.
The delivery time is good, not often conventional, but it works at the end. The prices vary and are fair most of the time.
I had several deliveries bad, defective or broken, but got a refund every time with no problems. Just wish they didn’t manipulate the reviews based in a “you are making a complain” excuse.

I would like to express my regret for…

I would like to express my regret for using the market to provide needed goods guaranteed
and follow-up to suppliers to ensure the efficiency, quality and quality of the goods and items purchased.
I used to think that we are in an organized system that has follow-up to all purchase requests.
Unfortunately, I did not find that, and the unexpected was wrong as the following: -

1- I placed a purchase order for items that did not come with the specifications published
on the website on 04 January 2020 With the order number 4047209530886.
2- Request for a class that he used to work. The specifications indicated that it is for writing
and programming and can be used more than once.
3- The request was received with read-only specifications.
4- Sin is a mistake. Is it wrong? Because I overconfidence.
5- So far I have not received the refund while it is in pending condition and I don’t know why?
6- So far I have not redeemed the order.
7- A case of frigidity in customer service responses.
8- Is there no one responsible for following up on this?
9- Too many mistakes made you lose The control of mistakes?
10- 100 pounds were transferred to make up for the mistakes !!!!!
11 - It would have been better to speed up your work rather than this compensation

It is clear that there are people who are not responsible for running a market.
I know them personally
It is okay for me not to know the zombies and the losers in carrying out their work

I’m a seller and after meeting souq I started to hate selling, my items sometimes takes a week or more to get online and that if they approve it, if they didn’t approve it, they will tell you item is prohibited and you will be in shock because you will find out exactly the same item being sold on their site, you can expect to wait a month to explain that to them, as you will try to reach them ( waiting on call 30 min), only to be answered by someone to tell you , he made a ticket and you have to wait management replay, and they don’t reply, you have to call again and wait another 30 min and during that 30 minutes waiting for someone to answer, You can expect connection drop off and you have to call again , and if you get answered and someone who clearly doesn’t know anything , ask you what the problem again, and you have to explain the whole thing again, so in the end he issues another ticket , and you have to go in that loop for a week or two , and in the end they found out my items were not prohibited and then ask you to upload a receipt and wait another reply from management, and after waiting you find out you can’t list any items, and you have to call again so the support guy ( broker between me and management) issues a ticket, they never reply to email to let you know your problem is solved, you the one need to call them and wait 30 minutes ,they never reply on a support ticket by email, the worst management ever, and amazon probably were high on drugs when they bought it.

This is the most disappointing online,ive ordered numerous things and with every order there is an issue;
I ordered a marsha bear and was sent a mickey mouse
I oredered a bracelet and the clasp is broken
I ordered a set of earrings the butterly is missing and a stone in the bracelet is broken
I ordered a kylie lipsticks;was sent 5 of the same,ordered a morphe eye shadow was not in the package;really a stressful company to deal with

Worst of the Worst

Merging with amazon just made their service much worst... Already before still acceptable but now the prices are only low in display but once checking out all the charges is coming as if they were saying just don't buy it or you be buying the charges not the item itself...

i am a old customer,now they have a big hassle on advertising products as they send wrong items completely it seems no quality in the souq.com at list to review the orders are correct or not..more even when you try to make refund from them it seems customer service are punishment you to make it hard

I have worst experience..so I will…

I have worst experience..so I will never recommend anyone to buy anything from souq.com..My mobile was on extended warranty period for which I paid extra 50SR at the time of purchasing. But when my mobile display had some issue ,i did not get any response from souq.com.so my trust was broken..still am forced to use the same damaged mobile.
I want to ask If souq.com cannot fulfill the requirements then why to make such fraud commitments ..

Irresponsible in delivering things not in the stalk.

souq.com are happily taking orders but not delivering anything that are outside the kingdom. absolutely irresponsible attitude. i requested hiking bag and it was supposed to deliver 1 day before my travel but when i checked status it was even not loaded at the destination from where it is brought up to saudi Arabia. and i wasn't informed about failure of delivery on time. i cancelled my order and went to market for buying another bag. i promise i will never buy anything from souq and will keep informing my colleagues as well.
