Souq !! Are you a fraud company

I am a guy who normally purchase electronic product from retail shop directly but after hearing some good feedback from friends I ordered my first item (JBL pulse 3) on souq Saudi Arabia.

I received the product on the very next day when I opened the amazon box , I saw the seal of JBL pulse 3 was already opened. I took it very lightly.

Without realising the power adapter was duplicate (Black color) the product was with me for 5 days.
Later through a unboxing video I found that the Power adapter inside the box was not the Same as that company offers.

Immediately I filed a return request. Souq team as collected it for verification but today I got a mail stating that the product will be returned back to me since they found scratches on power adapter.

The customer care representative was too rude and claiming I scratched the power adapter they provided which is actually a duplicated. And without hearing the fact the box was tampered when I received it.

It’s been like one week I dnt see any progress on my case.

Very poor response in case if u r…

Very poor response in case if u r seeking refund from them.
My order 3012218577599 dated 6th July returned and still I am awaiting refund from them as on date.
Raised complaints 4 times since then and everytime request was closed without refund and even as on date from last 2 months I don't have product in my hand nor refund.
Credit card bill already came and paid SAR 948.
I am really shocked the way these international brands like Amazon is duping poor peoples money.

You should be ashamed

Ordered from them 3 times, the first time only one item was shipped and they cancelled the other, second time i had to call the shipping company 4times to receive my order, 3rd time delivery appointment passed, no call or a msg to explain why i didn't get my order never dealing with them again 😏

Simply bad

Simply bad. Products delivered are completely different from the ones displayed on the this site. So you don't get what you want/order.

I give it 5 stars to souq.com KSA. Eversince,I am using this online shop and did not encounter any problem. Item is deliver on time without delay. It is easier to order and paid either debit or credit card.

Disgraceful customer service and nobody cares

The worst service possible from this disgraceful company, they should have their trade license revoked because of this pathetic customer service. We ordered a self assembly wardrobe which was delivered a few days later, the contents were damaged, scratched and in a bad condition. Additionally the components which were supposed to be used to assemble the unit were so bad quality they broke so easily, absolute rubbish. We complained and Souq promised to have the unit collected for refund, it was clearly explained that it was not possible to pack the unit in its original box as it was so badly packed on arrival we could not save the cardboard packaging. So far they have sent a courier company 4 times in a stupid little car to collect a unit that they full well know will only fit into a truck as it was delivered. Do not buy anything from Souq as their promise of refund is just an empty promise and their customer service is non existant

I have had multiple bad experiences…

I have had multiple bad experiences with this site. The latest was when they sent me the wrong product, I called them and they asked me to send it back to get a refund. I send it back but the seller didn’t pick it up and now the shipping company is returning the package back to me.

The worst shopping site ever

The worst shopping site ever. i have placed an order and it was stated that i will be receiving it in 7 days. I waited till the 6th day to follow up because i have not received any sms notification regarding my delivery. I called them and i was informed that it will take another 2 days. i was surprise to hear this as i was expecting it. i understand that there will be delays but what i did not like is the way they handle complaints. they gave me promises which they fail to follow.

I ordered bag from Souq and I can confirm that Souq is extremely unprofessional. They delivered the item not conform to what has been described, the delivery was with 3 days delay and for the return it took 10 days and every day I receive messages to stay at home the driver is coming! I am inviting everyone here to be careful on what it is announced as it is not reflecting the reality! I can share more if needed ...

Should zero star exist this is the…

Should zero star exist this is the rating that I would have opted for. Selling fake and used goods is a serious offense. One perfume and one essentiaal oils were used. 1 perfume is fake and does not smell as the original one I purchased from Hermès and it came used. You cheated me by sending me 2* 30 ml instead of the 2*118ml and to top it up the sms keeps on sayong someone will come to pick up the goods and no one did. I am fiming a case at the Consumer Rights!

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever, orders are delayed and when you call them, they just say sorry order will be delivered tomorrow, and nothing gets delivered, and they are totally useless
