Just wanted to say they have the best customer service both in pop up store and online! I had an issue with a return and they helped me so so well!

It was a couple of months ago so I apologise for the late review (they didn’t ask for one, I just wanted to leave one at the time they helped - but adhd and LIFE was life-ing). But I just wanted to say have only had brilliant experiences!

Also their clothes are kinda oversized so I can buy smaller sizes (& feel skinny) 10/10! Lovely staff, very helpful

Although I’m returning my order (not for any negative reason, it was just too small and long), I had initially struggled getting in touch regarding my refund. Santana had reached out to me directly to reassure me everything would be sorted, which I massively appreciate as most clothing companies barely communicate with anyone.

I really appreciate the communication which so many companies lack, this has made me really happy.

Wow - where have you been all my life! Only just stumbled upon this gem of a company - (highly recommended by a work colleague).
Love the unique designs, the material, colour and fit.
When I had to send something back as I got my sizing wrong - CS could not have been more helpful. They made it so simple. And my returned item arrived before Christmas. I didn’t think it would as it was the crazy, busy season.
I always worry that I am dealing with a Chinese company pretending to be Australia. This company is 100% authentic Australian.

Never received my order and no reply to over 3 emails , ordered over 3 weeks ago

Have waited over 6 weeks for item to be delivered. I still have no update on tracking for replacement nor when I can expect the item to be delivered. Poor customer service

absolutely in love with my black joggers and matching hoodie, the style and fit is perfect! quick postage and emailed my the instructions for washing etc, think they are smashing it with the clothing range will be buying off them again for sure

I couldn't speak highly of this brand if I could give 10* I would I love the unique style this brand offers as well as the friendly staff members, like Irina, ornela, tayo and Tiana, which are always friendly when I visit the store this gives me a nice warm environment.

Terrible experience with this company. They’ve ignored every email I’ve sent over the past three weeks, despite me providing proof of my return. I’ve been chasing them for my refund with no updates or response. No phone number to call on their website either. Highly don't recommend.

This company is a fake from start to finish. AI generated actors (who mispronounce tinnitus). Phony doctor. And phony reviews on trust pilot. It is an ordinary inhaler that you could get at any drug store. I am sorry I fell for it.

What an amazing company ,i ordered two pairs of sweat pants and a sweat shirt which arrived very quickly ,with updates on delivery,,,when they arrived they was all too big ,i went on the website to see how i returned them ,,,as i didnt receive a returns form i messaged the company and they promptly answered and told me what to do ,,,i followed instructions and within a few days i had my delivery of my new sizes which fit perfectly,,,then received an email wanting to know if i was happy ,,,,amazing communication and a joy to order from and amazing clothing fully recommended thanks to lauren at SOUTH.ST XXX
