Web page says ships from Florida with fast shipping. It’s been two weeks and the item is coming from Spain. They also over charged my card. Admittedly, they did refund the difference but I asked them to cancel the order all together and refund the total amount charged and they blatantly disregarded that. This company is intentionally deceptive, trust nothing on their web page.

Ordered pool lights, I received the item but it worked for 3 days, they wanted a video to show it was no longer working, so I sent, they offer US$8 ‘compensation’, if you carry on they increase it to US$12 ‘compensation’. That is where I am, 3 weeks I have been in communication and I think they have no got bored as the last message was.
‘We're so sorry for your dissatisfaction,
but please kindly understand that we have tried our best to offer you all the best solutions.’
Clearly very low customer service and quality of goods available, please avoid at all cost.

Bought 2 poolside solar lights around October 2025. Worked so well I ordered 4 more a couple of months later. All 4 leaked and are ruined. Sent pictures and asked for replacements. They would not so I asked for $75, roughly half of what I paid. Through a string of emails they offered me $15 and eventually worked up to $32, offering $3 more each time until they got to that number. I declined. If they won’t stand behind their product or at least be fair, I’m done with them.

If you are thinking about buying the in solar pool lights don’t bother they are absolute garbage.
Had mine for two months always out in the sun worked fine for 8 weeks then the green light started flashing when I turned them on after that they just stopped working. I contacted them they offered me $8.00 refund.
Do yourself a favour don’t waste your money.

I ordered a small trial item of "honey pit lip balm" I ordered a total of 8 (eight) 2 of 4 lip balm. They are quick to take my money but received only 2. Took long time, especially from Ireland but a true disappointment.

Once I pay with apple pay the price went double, how is that even possible. After I have sent them an email about it they asked me the bank account number, so they can return the money. Then when it all started, I had multiple tries from them to take the money from my bank account. They are reported!! Btw we didn’t receive anything we have ever ordered, never !!!

It is a scam web store, they ship nothing or maybe a knockoff if you're lucky. If you try to contact them, they never reply. Hence, you can't return anything. I asked them to cancel my order 5 minutes after I ordered, they never reply. I reported them on Google Pay & Revolut, I hope they get banned.

It took forever to receive my pool light. Once I got it. It worked for 3 days then broke down. They requested a video. I sent them one. They offered me $8. I paid $64 total. It is a scam.

I ordered the a pool light from this "company" from Facebook (red flag #1) on July 11, 2025. After a few weeks it hadn't yet arrived (red flag #2) and the tracking number they sent me looked suspect (red flag #3). I wrote customer service and they gave me some BS about how they would reach out to the carrier to "expedite shipping." (red flag #4) Another week went by and nothing. I emailed them again and got the exact same canned response. (red flag #5) When I did attempt to track the product is said it was stuck in Ireland, than made it's way through customs and into the US, then got stuck again in Tallahassee for another week or so. I finally received the product 38 days after placing the order and the package was slightly damaged and did not show any signs of being shipped internationally. (red flag #6). Keep in mind that their website says that all orders ship from a local warehouse in 5-7 days. (red flag #7). After all of that, the damn thing doesn't even work, so for the past week I've been going back and forth with them over it. This product is lacking in quality and typical Chinese garbage being sold by a typical Chinese scumbag (aren't they all!?)They offered me a refund of $8.00. (I paid $47.00 with shipping.) I should have trusted my gut and not ordered this thing, so hopefully you can learn from my mistake. Next step is to dispute the charge with my bank. What a waste of time and money!

After finally receiving the solar pool lights (6 weeks for delivery) two worked, one did not. I was in contact with their customer service asking to replace the one light that did not work properly and they wanted me to accept 30$ as compensation. Then after 3 days of the remaining lights receiving a full charge through the day, I could not keep them lit for more the 90 minutes at night.

I have to retract some of this review. The product I ordered has arrived. I can only surmise it was back ordered and rather than tell me that, strung me along.

The product I ordered never arrived. They strung me along with false tracking information. They then changed the tracking number. My product supposedly originated in Greece and took almost a month to ship to Canada. Then the second tracking number shows the product originating in China.

Scam website. Stay away!

Ordered on July 6th. No movement on the item (said to be sitting in Romania) for 2 weeks. On July 17th I asked to cancel and get a refund. They just kept responding with the same generic email, asking me to wait for the item to arrive. It was too late to cancel as shipment was in progress. I kept emailing back saying I no longer wanted the item as it was taking way too long (I ordered pool lights and Summer is almost over now) Once again they told me to wait as it had already been shipped and sent me another tracking #. This tracking # showed that the order was just initiated on August 8th and now the lights were shipping from Hong Kong. How can the same order of 2 pool lights ship from Romania and then again from Hong Kong over a month later???? Forwarded screenshots of the two different tracking numbers and info, and told them I wanted an immediate refund. They responded with another generic response, still refusing to give my money back. At this point, I'm contacting my bank to let them know that I've been scammed. Shady company. Stay far away!!!!

I ordered the Poolhacker solar light on June 9th and it's now Aug 11th. I still have not received my item. It gives a fake tracking number that do not exist. Shipping tracking shows delay after delays. From customs hold ups to repackaged the item? Now it's supposed to be in the United States in Tallahassee but hasn't moved for three days . Please stay away from this company by all means necessary! If they shutdown, they will just resurface under some other name and wash,rinse repeat.
***8/21/25 Update. Received in the mail today after over 2 and a half months. Now although I ordered the Poolhacker products, what I received was a No Name brand. Also don't forget about all the over sea shipping tracking delays and the package was sitting in Tallahassee. The shipping label showed an address in Illinois (Chicago) it did not have any overseas, customs inspection labels? I google the address, came back to a residence. The email shipping notices stopped about 2 weeks or so ago! As for the product, will see if they work!?
I guess I should be happy, lucky I received anything.
Due to the all the delay and bad information, lack of clear communication I can't see changing my rating..sorry.

Sounds like a company called Beautiful-Sunflower. Ordered stained glass lamp, never received, just phony tracking info. Sound like the same scam. Take your money and never receive what you ordered. These comments are almost identical to the ones I was receiving, apologies and promises but all BS

It has been 23 days since I ordered from them. They keep sending me the tracking number and saying that they are just as upset as me about my order. They have no idea where my order is. They says they have sped up the delivery. It spent 3 wks at customs in Poland. It just hit the US and it still hasn't moved. 23 days!!!!!!! Update....it has now been 39 days and hasn't moved. Still in California.
