Great follow up and customer service.
The product has little to no instructions with it but SBV reached out and provided lots of info and help. Even called to check on why I was confused. TrustPilot seems to hound customers a bit about reviews, SBV apologized and said they would also fix that. Thanks guys!!

Terrible company stole my money
Terrible company stole my money and refused to send me my items because I purchased Stuff from their other websites and returned them. Scam website avoid at all costs!! When talking to the company, they started harassing and bullying me. Whoever is in charge must be a sad person inside. Had to make an account just so I can warn people.

This customer's initial purchase was flagged by our credit card processor as fraudulent. We then received numerous warnings from our credit card processor that this customer has an excessive history and amount of chargebacks for "items not received" from other retailers, even though all of these had their signature. With these (2) pieces of information, we cancelled / refunded the order and notified the customer. The customer was upset and then went on to place dozens of identical orders. We cancelled / refunded them all and asked the customer to please not purchase from us again.
