Delivered before expected date
Delivered before expected date, by 2 weeks, know the garden and happy to drag the hose around the plants.
Always very pleasant, not sure what else I could want... to pay less, but accept that is not in your gift.

Not Happy…
To begin with,i would have appreciated a phone message before delivery,I was told it would be there friday and it came tuesday while i was out,and somehow he went to our side gate, full of logs ,dustbins, and not easily accessible, he dragged hose through this ,across garden and into tank. I have never had oill delivered through that way,Leavin a gate open at the top.i am only in the village,so surely he could have rung and delivered later. Also my bill is more than i was quoted. Not happy.

Hey Marilyn,
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I am sorry your delivery did not live up to our usual high standards. Sometimes, if we have the availability to deliver earlier we will attempt to make the delivery.
Regarding the higher price than the quoted price, if this is still an ongoing issue, please email info@southernfuels.co.uk and one of the team can look into this further.
We hope we get the opportunity to deliver to you again in the future - AB
Southern Fuels excellent service
I contacted Southern Fuels on Thursday to check their price for our delivery, then placed the order. Arranged for the driver to text before coming. He texted later then came out the next day which was a pleasant surprise.

EXCELLENT
They price- matched and were slightly cheaper than competitors. As requested, their driver called when on way with delivery next day. Also, unlike others, they don't demand payment up-front for 'promise' of a delivery but invoice after delivery.
Altogether excellent.
