Great products excellent service
I am very pleased with the quality of the products and excellent customer service provided. All staff are very knowledgeable and professional. The order process was easy. I was kept informed as to when I could expect my delivery. The delivery driver was very helpful too.

Knowledgeable, helpful and quick to answer phone
So great to have a company who answers the phone promptly, are knowledgeable and able to give good advice. Delivery was quick with help to unload and everything in good condition.

I've dealt with southern sheeting for years. Quality of service has always been exceptional.
Communication from real people that know what they are doing.
In house delivery so not ring the door bell and dump goods.
Highly recommended.
If you are not sure what you need they are happy to spend time with you.

Disappointed with delivery
Disappointed with delivery, ordered on Saturday there was a little counter on screen telling me that I only had x amount of time to get next day delivery, payed £45 pounds delivery for next day(Sunday) but didn’t receive till Tuesday 😡, before you say it , weekend don’t count, remove the counter on your page encouraging people order on sat for next day delivery

Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear you were disappointed with the delivery timing.
To clarify, our delivery service operates on working days only, and we do not dispatch or deliver over weekends which is referenced upon selecting your delivery method online. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday or over the weekend are processed on the next working day, which in this case was Monday, with delivery taking place on Tuesday.
We appreciate that this wording online still does not align with why you received your goods on Tuesday, and so we have taken your notes onboard and are actively reviewing how we can improve the clarity moving forward.
We hope to have the opportunity to support you again in future and deliver the level of experience we’re known for.
