Very professional in the setup and the cocktails were fantastic. Eduardo and his team were very open, friendly and were making the cocktails with a smile on their face. I would highly recommend for a private event!

Absolutely smashed it on every level! The guys were super professional, turned up to our villa early and just cracked on setting up etc. They were super friendly, helpful and the drinks were incredible. Honestly, choosing Southside Bars was the best decision we made for our party. All of our guests raved about how good the drinks were. From start to finish, communication, service and the end product 10 out of 10 - thanks so much!

Thank you, Steve, of Southside Bars! This is the second year we've done this - family and friends - and it was just as enjoyable as the first time. This time, some of us had acquired some of the cocktail-making tools Steve had recommended before. Steve is super patient and clear in his explanations, highly professional. And the cocktails were amazing!

Steve has become part of an annual Christmas tradition for us, bridging the distance gap from the UK to Uruguay. Most importantly he got us gloriously drunk whilst teaching us how to repeat that feat for ourselves.

Delicious high quality plates, selection of wines and great service.
We tried all their entrees and everything was de-li-cious.

Steve and Southside bars were fantastic! The service was excellent, the mobile bar looked awesome and the cocktails were lush! Thank you, will definitely use again when we are back in Ibiza!

We really enjoyed this course. Steve was good at demonstrating various ways of doing similar activities - for example "shake a drink in the mixer". He described how different types of ice or more solids require a horizontal shaking vs vertical or a rolling movement. He also had ideas for substitute ingredients and with a spicy drink how to tone it down if it turns out too hot. So good instruction beyond the basic cocktail.

Highly recommend Southside Bars from the first contact through to the class the service was excellent. It was perfect for a birthday celebration across countries and great fun.

We did a virtual cocktail class and had a really fun and informative night, to say nothing of the great cocktails we made, which made the evening go with a swing! Steve took us through the ingredients and process, and was very patient when we kept asking questions! The cocktails were absolutely delicious and I have no hesitation in recommending Southside Bars.

We absolutely loved this! It was for my mum's 70th birthday and she had the best time, as did the rest of us. Steve was so patient and accommodating, managing us all on different screens. The prep guidance given beforehand is so helpful and just a really well organised experience. Thanks for making my mum's birthday so special. Highly recommended!
