I ordered two watches from this store: a Zim Soviet mechanical watch and Raketa vintage mechanical watch. An issue was identified with one of the watches during a shipping inspection by the team with the watch quickly serviced before being sent. Fantastic customer service in this regard and a sign of care for their products. Both watches arrived well-packaged and both were exactly as described on the online site (if not better).
