Spa & Massage  Reviews

Love it here - staff super professional, clean space and good massage

I had a wonderful experience with Lisa. She was professional, friendly, and very attentive to my needs. The massage was incredibly relaxing and helped relieve so much tension and stress. Lisa made me feel comfortable throughout the whole session, and her technique was excellent. I highly recommend Lisa to anyone looking for a skilled and caring massage therapist. Buying their massage package is worth it and also could be shared to friends!

I have been coming to Spa and Massage for a number of years now. The service is always fantastic and they really do take care of their clients.
I like to get the package deals as they work out better but also it's such a nice treat to look forward to. The ease of booking online helps massively and makes it effortless.

Really kind and qualified staff, Izabela was amazing, i will definitely be back... many times :)

The massage was really great and relaxing. It was the perfect way to relax physically and mentally.

The hospitality was amazing from the receptionist and the tea I was offered before and after the message was delightful.

Massages are consistently good, got packages consistently from them. Would highly recommend.

I always have such a great experience at the Bayswater Spa & Massage. The atmosphere is lovely, the treatments are excellent, and the team are always so welcoming and professional.

Lana and Lisia Camella are both absolutely incredible. They are so attentive, skilled and genuinely make you feel completely relaxed and looked after. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

A really lovely massage with fantastic staff. I always leave feeling refreshed and have bought multiple packages !

The best massages. Every masseuse is very good. I’ve had a bad back recently and been having some deep tissue massages and they have really helped. I would recommend. Very good value for money too.
The tea you get after the massage is also incredible!

Daria was incredible she gives the most amazing massages I’ve ever had. The ambience and the receptionist were also lovely.

Amazing experience, the staff was super welcoming and sweet. This massage was just what I needed. 100% recommend :)

I think that massage was 3 years overdue because I really needed that! Beautiful location, great masseuse, my new non negotiable!

I highly recommend Spa & Massage. I have always been very happy with every therapist I have visited. Everyone is professional, friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to providing a relaxing and high-quality experience. I always leave feeling refreshed and well cared for. A wonderful place with excellent service!

Great deep massage tissue. Make sure to give them a call to double check the reservation, at times it doesn’t show up on their system.

I had a great experience, the massage was excellent. I recommend!

Great massage by Elaine

I had a truly amazing massage with Louise. I was so deeply relaxed afterwards I was still
floating on a cloud an hour later.

This is my absolute favorite place to get a massage in Bayswater, London. Lana and Leana are both fantastic masseuses. I always leave there feeling like I’ve been fixed loool. Deserves every 5 star!

I’m hooked- the packages are amazing value and I’ve had massages with a few different therapists now and they’ve all been amazing, especially Adriana at Bayswater

Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience.
The treatment felt inappropriate and unprofessional.

I booked a deep-tissue massage at the Islington branch but had to end the appointment after just 20 minutes because I felt extremely uncomfortable.

The treatment fell well short of what I would expect from a professional deep-tissue massage. Simply rubbing someone’s body with rapeseed oil does not constitute a deep-tissue treatment, particularly when the client is not consulted about the type of oil being used beforehand.

I was also concerned by the lack of communication and attention to my comfort throughout the appointment.

Overall, they should not advertise as a "massage" clinic. What they offer is far from a spa and massage experience.

Everytime I am back, I feel home and I can switch off from all my thoughts and busy weeks. Staff is lovely and their service very efficient and welcoming. Highly recommended and I will keep on going to relax and recover my body!
