Spa & Massage  Reviews

Great experience from start to finish. The spa was clean, welcoming and had a really relaxing atmosphere. Lisa was fantastic — professional, friendly and made the whole experience even better. I left feeling super relaxed and refreshed. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Highly recommended. Great therapists overall and they have expanded to account for the demand of their good work. I have specific needs so am careful about who I go to. I can't rate Sophia enough. Catherine & Stella are also amazing! Thank you for helping to be able to manage my pain :)

I had a great experience at the Chiswick High Road branch.
Before the session started, I was asked follow-up questions from my questionnaire I had filled out ahead of time.
I had booked a de-stress session - but was offered a tailored session for my issues and pain. It was absolutely worth it and Maria was wonderful.
I have since gone for a follow-up session and would highly recommend it to others.

Had an exceptional 60 min back massage with Fruszina. She really seemed to understand how to help, listened to what my body needed and had such a good understanding of pressure points. She was highly skilled, had great strength and I felt extremely comfortable. It’s rare to find a masseuse of this caliber in London, will definitely be back.

Last week I went in for a massage since it was final few days of break and I must say that the massage was indeed relaxing. Janos kept checking on me and was was very skillful. I highly recommend a session if you haven't tried it yet!

Lovely salons with great therapists.

I always have a fantastic experience at Spa & Massage! The relaxing massage is absolutely wonderful and leaves me feeling completely refreshed. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting or living in London!

It was very very lovely. Liliana was very kind and ensured that her pressure was very good. I definitely will go back and support them. Thanks Spa and Massage Chiswick x - Kaosidi

I sustained a minor lower back injury that caused a tightening of the muscles around the affected area causing discomfort and restricted movement. The masseuse diagnosed and treated my back causing the muscles to relax and I was able to play golf the following day. Usually I will have a deep tissue massage but this was specific to the minor issue that I had.

Always very good experience, staff welcoming and massage therapists very professional and knowledgeable.
Atmosphere calming. I have visited Turnham green and Chiswick High Street.

A great massage with wonderful friendly staff.

Fantastic massage in Richmond from Duncan who got to work very quickly on my tired and aching body.

I really enjoyed the massage from him the pressure was really perfect not too hard and not too soft.

The one hour passed quickly but I am looking forward to seeing him again soon.

The clinic is immaculate and very cosy.

Reception staff also very friendly.

Five stars well deserved.

I had a fantastic massage at Spa & Massage. I had a great experience with the Turnham Green branch and the new Chiswick branch is just as good.

Great priced packages, flexibility, and a variety of therapists.

Love this place. Tatiana gave a brilliant, thoughtful and relaxing massage.

I’ve had several massages at Spa & Massage and with different therapists. All have been amazing and tailored to what I needed in any given session. Highly qualified, professional and personable. I highly recommend.

I have only positive things to say. The environment is clean, relaxing and luxury and the masseurs all highly professional.

I’ve been coming to Spa & Massage for a while now and usually go for an aromatherapy massage. I really love that before every massage, they always ask about my preferences and how I want to feel afterwards. The atmosphere is lovely too — it’s always clean, cosy and smells amazing.

I’ve had massages with different therapists here, and they have always been great. My latest massage was with Tatiana at the Chiswick High Road location, and it was pure relaxation. Slow, calm and unhurried — exactly what I needed.

And I have to mention their tea too! It’s absolutely delicious and such a lovely little touch after the massage. ☕️

I always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed, and I’ll definitely keep coming back. ❤️

Great ambience. Excellent therapists. Friendly service. One of the best spas in London for massages. Certainly the best value for money.

I have tried multiple different therapists at Spa and Massage Bayswater branch and each time I have been surprised at their massage skills. I highly recommend this place!

Loreto is a great masseur, takes great care and pride in her work.
