I have purchased VPS Hosting R9 5950 If I am here then they are not refunding the money, their 14 day refund policy is false, otherwise I would like to request the buyers not to buy hosting from here because I wasted ₹ 22000 here and it has been only 5 days and the company is not refunding the money. She is just making excuses so please be careful

It's great! But I dislike that I can't have the real IP so I can't use the domain I have.

I should've paid attention to the previous review and not get blinded by other positive ones. They are a bunch of unprofessional newbies running an organisation off their garage (probably?)

Unlike Ayhan's case, I placed an order on Monday for the top most configuration dedicated server they have (R9 7950X3D). They claim to deliver the server in few hours - 2 business days on their website & same on their discord server to potential leads. But they'll start procuring parts for your server once you place an order and give you vague excuses when asked about the delay.

I waited 2 days with absolutely no progress and when i raised support ticket going back and forth with the technician (With really long wait times before I could get a response) They started giving lame excuses like they are experiencing stability issue with Ryzen 9 processor and 128GB RAM? They proceeded to say that the best they can do is to deliver the server with 16GB RAM and wait for another 3 days after which they 'may' upgrade the RAM to what I actually paid for.

Do Note, They start the subscription as soon as you make the payment so for all the days you wait for the server to be delivered, You are practically being charged for nothing.

To top it all of, I asked for a refund when I was told that they cannot provide a refund because my "Non-Existent" Server is using resources like (Electricity/Internet Connection/Licenses) which is a cost incurred by them and hence cannot reverse my payment.

I've raised a dispute with my bank to chargeback the transaction and also planning to report this to authorities in Italy if I don't get a confirmation in 24 hours.

Would suggest you to go with reputed organizations like Hetzner/Netcup/GTHost/WorldStream for affordable servers.

The server wasn't delivered within 3 days as claimed in their response. I placed the order on 27th Sept (00:24 AM to be precise) and the server was delivered on 4th of October. That's a whole week (they claim a 1 hour to 2 day delivery btw). Furthermore, They never gave me a refund despite me raising a cancellation even when these fraudsters hadn't began any work on the delivery.
As a last resort, I filed a chargeback on my CC and the bank has credited the money and are investigating the issue for further actions.
Anyway,
They have since been begging me to remove this review which is in no way going to happen and I totally stand by my review and would strongly recommend anyone reading this to choose another reputable provider if you expect professionalism and are serious about business.

I purchased a dedicated server to use for trading, and I selected Space Hosting for proximity to the European servers I'm trading on (I'm getting about 30-35ms ping, FYI).

Space Hosting was super-easy to set up -- done within minutes. I had a couple of technical support questions and they replied quickly, going above and beyond the service level I had purchased.

The only thing I'd say to be aware of is that being based in Europe, if you're in the US and don't do a lot of purchases from Europe, your credit card may flag the transaction (mine did). Once I OK'd it, though, no problems.

I expect I'll be using Space Hosting a long time - great price, great service.

Space Hosting grants an amazing service. I've been making use of the Team Speak 3 Server option they offer and I was shocked of how fast it was set up. It only took a few seconds at most to get my server up and running. The dashbord access in addition to the Team Speak option itself let's me set it how ever I want. I haven't found yet any limits. The support response has also been super fast and helpfull. Absolutly nothing to complain about!
