I fell in love with the beautiful packaging, and lovely sounding products. I decided my gift theme for this year would come from Spa Ceylon. The items arrived quickly in good condition. Unfortunately the herbal infusions I’d ordered had only 1 month before they expired. I have struggled to get any action from them. No replacement, no refund. I finally went via PayPal to get my money back. I’ve been given a support ticket number. Since then, nothing. Do they have anyone doing any customer service? If you have any concerns, I’d avoid buying direct.
