The company that gives the most, for so little

The company, offers, several, great products-some that, are, specifically, for health, and wellness. The smartwatch, that, I ordered, is fantastic- as it not only has many features, for health, wellness-but other features, that, are used, often. Also, I do like, that, the company, provides, many different payment options-which, is great.

Quick and helpful response

I had unwittingly deleted the app that was synced to my health watch. When it was time to change to daylight savings time. I couldn't do so. I sent a message to Spade and company explaining my dilemma and they got back to me immediately with information on how to download the app and sync it to my watch again. They gave me very clear instructions which I appreciated and can't thank them enough for their quick response.

Excellent return/refund experience

We weren't able to use a watch that we ordered. On discovering this, we began communicating with customer service and after following instructions for a return, we were continually informed until we received our refund. Best service ever. Thank you, Winnie, Nick and Judy!!

They never gave up

My contact, Trisha, never gave up on me. I'm 72 and found some of the icons a bit confusing. Iwas trying to resolve my problem my way, and didn't fully grasp what I really should be doing. About 4 very patient emails later, I was able to solve my issue. Thanks Trisha 😊

Digital Immigrant needs real people with a direct phone number!

I have been frustrated that my watch froze after trying daylights savings time and had a hard time finding a direct number for Spade & Co. However, once this digital immigrant found a direct phone number (old school) I talked to a real person (Trisha) we were able to get my watch running perfectly again :) Trisha was very patient with me and didn't seem to mind repeating instructions, while asking clarifying questions. Great job Spade & Co having a phone number to talk with a real support person, helping with my real problem - well done!

Great fitness watch

Great fitness watch. Nothing hard to figure out. I forget I am wearing it. I dont have to pay any monthly fee. Easiest fitness watch I have ever used and affordable. I have had no problems with it at all.😊

I loved the watch but it just stopped

I loved the watch but it just stopped, black out, after about 4 months of use. Company offered ideas to "reset" but nothing works. VERY DISAPPOINTED in customer service. Too bad for a good product, if it just lasted more than 6 months!

Great Smartwatch

The Smartwatch is just as described. It arrived on time and was ready for use. It has so many wonderful features, I don't know what I did without it!

Charge won’t hild

We ordered a Health4 watch for my husband. Less than 2 months in it held a charge for less than 24 hours. We contacted Spade & Co. , they emailed with some troubleshooting tips. We did them all to no avail. Emailed them twice, no further assistance offered. Do kot recommend.

I have never had a smart watch

I have never had a smart watch. I was worried about cost, fit, comfort, set up, etc. All of my fears vanished with my new Spade watch. It is very affordable, fits great & it's comfortable. Set up was easy, which was great because I'm not very technical. I ♥️ it! I no longer miss calls or messages. Thank you 😊

Amazing response to shipping problem

Spade and Co. amazed me with a quick response when I had a problem. I had ordered a SmartWatch 4 plus an accessory. The USPS mail sorter ripped the package open and lost the accessory. I sent an email to Support at Spade and Co., including pictures and my assumed explanation. Within a very short time (same day), I received an email confirming their plan to ship a replacement immediately. I wish more companies were that caring! Good company.
