The part arrived in less than 24 hrs. It was well packaged. Once fitted it functioned correctly, also it was a higher quality display than others of similar price from other Chinese suppliers

I purchased a screen assembly (LCD + frame) for a TCL 50 Pro NxtPaper after confirming with the seller that it was fully compatible with my model.
However, after professional installation, it became clear that the frame is not compatible, as it does not support the NxtPaper button. This issue could only be identified after installation.
As a result, I had to:
Pay for installation,
Separate the LCD from the frame to make my phone functional,
Keep an unusable frame.
The seller later acknowledged the incompatibility but only offered a full refund if the entire product was returned in its original condition, which is not feasible after installation.
I proposed a reasonable partial refund for the unused frame, but this was refused.
Overall, the product description and compatibility confirmation were incorrect, and the proposed solution does not take into account the real costs and inconvenience caused.

Ordered and paid for a product. I did not get an order confirmation, and when I asked for it in email I did not get any kind of reply.

The product arrived 2 weeks later, but it was faulty and unusable. I asked for a replacement or refund, but did not get any kind of reply to my several messages and claims.

I got scammed.

Pay for something who never arrived..
They said provide a tracking information but it's from a Spanish Courier.. nothing from UK Couriers or Royal Mail.. only lies.. no trust this company

Okay, i bought a battery for my old Doogee S60 phone and the delivery was fast and secure. Sadly, Spainsellers supplier had incorrectly labeled an iphone battery as a Doogee battery, so it would not fit into my phone. I contacted Spainsellers and they apologised and also informed me that my battery was not available. They quickly refunded my payment so i could buy my battery elsewhere.
All in all their customer service was excellent so i would recommend them. My order number was 751548.

Sold me a broken sim card reader board

Don't buy parts from them. They delivered a non-working screen and took no responsibility. Although the screen works fine, it's not compatible with the fingerprint scanner. When I contacted customer support politely, they refused to work toward a solution!

The only place in EU where I could get a replacement screen for my old tablet for a reasonable price. Communication in English worked great. Shipment cost from Spain to Sweden was reasonable. Good packaging, fast shipping of order. If you don't have Visa, I only have mastercard, try to ask a friend to transfer money as IBAN is a bit of a struggle.

Tested the screens and both have touch problem, touch not work well at all.

Emailed the support but no answer.

How should we return them for warranty or refund?
