Avoid this shop

Avoid this shop! Great until they take your money.
I purchased a VanMoof S6 (under Omar Khalifa), and the speed control button broke in the first week. After weeks of chasing customer service, I was told the replacement part would take two days. When I called back, they told me the parts came and went without ever notifying me. Now, whenever I try to call them for the replacement, they just decline my calls. Now they are even claiming they have no record of my purchase, which is a blatant lie. Horrible post-purchase service and communication.
