Is this company out of business?? Have tried calling them twice in the last week and only got music. Finally was able to leave a message 2 days ago with no call back - I've paid in advance and I want my money back- they've been good to deal with the past 5-6 yrs but something is wrong - bankrupt? Will talk to my bank

I don’t know what’s wrong with this company. I’ve been buying fly predators from them for 15 years. Always great service. This year, terrible. Lost my pre order. Set up my schedule and finally shipped one month late. Have had my shipment for a week and a half and still no activity on the bag which is abnormal. Now they don’t answer the phone or email so I’m helpless in this situation. So disappointing.

Received order and eaiyef5 days and all flies never appeared. Called number on back of packet, get a message, no person ever...but they give you a 5 min msg on all the things WE need to do...finally leaveavoicemail and# call...1st call Sat, 2nd call wed/Thur....still not heard from a soul...Customers service.ha!

The pandemic is over, your increase in calls excuse, give me a break...you have never answered one!

Improve your service and send me my replacement packet, you got my money, now lets get the goods that work

At one time this was an excellent company. Now, they're not sending quality and the predators are not hatching. No response to multiple emails, No response via phone messages. Have been a loyal customer for 12 years. This company no longer cares about quality control nor customer concerns. Lengthy hold times playing horrible music...same song over and over, then put in voice-mail that is never returned. I will be disputing the charges with my bank given I can't get any response from Spalding. Now, I have a second shipment that I've been charged for and still unable to reach anyone.

The first shipment of fly predators this year didn't hatch for a month. The second one was delayed by 10 days for no apparent reason (and still hasn't hatched). When I called and complained they said they would send additional shipment but never did. A separate order of Bye Bye Insects was marked as shipped 2 days after it was charged, and two weeks later UPS has not received the package yet. The UPS tracking status is still "Label created." Tried to call several times today. Same story each time - a few minutes of listening to Eine Kleine Nachtmusik before they tell you to leave a message. Live chat off their website was sitting idle for an hour before I gave up. I'm canceling all my orders with them. There must be other companies out there with more respect for their customers.

I have ordered fly predators from several companies over the years and Spalding is the absolute WORST company I have ordered from. Their first shipment was dead, no signs of life after two weeks, I called to let them know that, they said they'd send a comp shipment pronto, they never shipped it, they admitted it had not shipped when I called them the next month. That next month's shipment also never arrived. We had flies all over the place. I asked each call that someone in the company contact me within 24 hours to let me know they were shipping. They NEVER responded. I cancelled the whole year's subscription and am demanding a refund of the dead early shipments I already paid them. They don't care how they treat their customers and they show utmost disrespect to their customers by refusing to respond to a paying customer when the order failed over and over again.

Most of the shipments received this summer, particularly in June and July where not ready for release (had active adults present in the bags) for many days after their arrival. The flies got a jump on us and we never caught up. Not much bang for the buck this season.

This year the fly invasion is stronger than in the past. House and green heads have been bad. The fly Predators are doing their job. They have cut the numbers of flies down considerably. I have two dogs and garbage from a restaurant next door. This year I had to use Bye/Bye spray full strength, I usually cut it 50% in the past. I have told neighbors of you products.

I have Horses and Mini Donkey's. I have 3 separate areas, I faithfully use my fly predator and they keep the fly population at bay. The life of my animals are better for less stomping of flies.

Spalding Labs is a good company with a great reputation. The Fly Predators I get from them work and make our horses more comfortable in fly season. Spalding has been very willing to provide predators that fit our needs and most of all, they DO work.

As long as I follow the recommended amounts, these predator flies control our barn flies amazingly well. Last year they sent me an email saying it was really rainy where we live (quite true) and suggested doubling up. I regretted not doing so. Otherwise we have had a brilliant reduction in flies. P.S. I also like the way they send email reminders to sign up again and the smooth billing process. A reliable company.

Fly Predators actually work! It's an amazing difference from year to year. Definitely worth the investment!!

The fly predators are amazing! The nasty fly population has reduced every year since 2018! I appreciated their help/time monitoring about the weather in my area to adjust amount fly predator packages are needed.

I have chickens in an urban environment. Getting my fly predators helps with my neighbor relationships. Between fly traps and fly predators, I have had very little fly problems. Thanks Spalding Labs!

I have been using Fly predators for several years and it definitely makes a difference in my fly control. I have livestock myself and live across the road from a 6000 head dairy and I have no complaints. I also really like the star bar fly traps.

I've been doing business with Spalding Labs for many, many years. They offer high quality products and second to none customer service. The fly predators are very effective. I get comments from people who visit the barn regarding how few flies there are compared to other places they go.The fly spray and Bye Bye Odor work well and are a great addition to my fly management.

I’ve been using these for at least 10 years and am a believer in these. It’s better to get started at the beginning of the season to get a handle on your fly issue.

This company has excellent customer service! I have been using the fly predators & a couple other fly repellent products. The descriptions are accurate & reasonable priced.

I have used Fly Predators for years and they have greatly reduced the fly population, I just wish I could get my neighbors to use them also.

Wolf Park in Indiana has been using fly predators for years. We noticed a decrease in flies within a couple of years - the "hum" decreased and then disappeared. When our fox curator called and talked to one of the Spaulding staff he advised us to distribute the flies in different areas and also advised us to adjust the number of predators we got for our bison versus our wolves. After changing our practices according to his advice we can say that we have seen a really big improvement. The predators work, but you have to know how to deploy them properly on your property. If you want help just call Spaulding - they are very nice and eager to help
