Ho proceduto al regolare pagamento utilizzando la carta di credito ma alla data odierna 27 luglio 2025 ancora non è arrivato nessun prodotto, soprattutto ho scritto più volte per avere chiarimenti ma nessuno si è degnato di rispondere. Società inaffidabile gestrice di un marchio storico.
Deluso - poco efficcace. Ordino una maglietta personalizzata il 27 Novembre. Sulla mail di conferma ordine comapre che per gli ordini personalizzati ci vogliono due settimane: plausibile, sarebbe stato bello renderlo chiaro prima - ma il sito non da informazione sui tempi di spedizione. No problem, mi dico, sono per Natale. Nella sezione ordini - non c'è alcun indicatore dello stato ordine (preso, stampato...) esiste solo un campo data di spedizione. Scrivo una mail, non so come finisce in SPAM, sicuramente errore mio. Fast-forward, siamo al 17 Dicembre ... ben oltre le 2 settimane ... il campo spedizione non è ancora vuoto. Boh arriverà (spero) , ma sito, choarezza e user experience scarsine.
